   The resort its self is nice and very family friendly. Pools are way too warm for Florida. The room was ok. We got a two bedroom condo , some of the lamps the switches were broke. We lost most of the food in our fridge bc the door never stays shut. The shower in the master could have been cleaned better. We had issues with the digital key and the premium internet. I called CS and was literally told in exact words “I don’t k ow what to tell you”. She continued to talk over me and speak to me like I was an idiot. So all in all I give this stay a C+ for the amount of money spent to stay hot in the fl sun.

   Nothing special. Food mediocre. Prices high ,service ok,slow, but very nice waiter. Does not feel clean in that restaurant.

   Menu is limited. Food was delicious. Service is awful. It's no wonder they tack on the service charge.

   Great for a resort restaurant just needs better options in the f&d program. With a Spanish name you would assume the paella would be great but was average at best. Also no tapas? But the atmosphere and the drinks are great.

   Stayed at the resort for three days and only ate here twice: one breakfast and one lunch. breakfast 28$ per person for a buffet + gratuity+ $10 tip... 80$ breakfast. the buffet is definitely above average with an omelet chef, mini Belgian waffles made to order. but 80$ for a breakfast seemed very high; and the fact there were only 3 tables full in a 20-40 table restaurant during peak breakfast time (9-10 am) had me wondering. lunch was $100. we ordered calamari, blackened fish tacos, chicken cesar salad and two mixed drinks. Gordon Ramsey would have a field day, because the calamari seemed to come from a frozen bag, the blackened fish was a very small piece of fish and blackened with a rotisserie rub, and lol the salad was surprisingly good. The resort pool is right outside so beachy-dance music is playing all the time if you sit outside, and the bar for the pool is located next to the restaurant. I think the price just got to me. their sales pitch is convenience for not having to leave the resort. with that said, gratuity is automatically added and the food is below average in my opinion. there are over 20 restaurants in a 10 minute radius to the hotel; if you can leave the hotel to eat. and the resort is a BYOB for food and drinks anyway; Just thought the restaurant would be a nice option to relax at the resort.

   Tried open table on the first night and was notified there were no openings for the next 2.5 hours. Went down to the Resturant to see if I could make an order to go and the Resturant was nearly empty. The next day we did make reservations. My braised spare rib was great, but the veggie portion was not a good ratio. There was only 1 asparagus, 1 cherry tomato and 1 carrot. For the price of the dinner meals you would expect to have bread and salad.

   We organized ahead of time to do a birthday party and they were great to let us set up a little early. We were there over 30 minutes before anyone even came to our table or took a drink order. The service was very slow and disappointing, although I believe the young lady was just overworked and overwhelmed. I think she was doing the best she could. We did enjoy the food.
