The service was no where near as good as the food. We had to wait over half an hour for drinks and over an hour for the food which was cold by the time we received it. For the second drink after asking to look at the cocktail menu again the waitress who brought the menu didn’t bother to come back to ask what we had decided on. Second drink was requested to be tall but was delivered as short. We had asked the waitress to check on our food and drinks given the delay and she didn’t seem to be overly concerned or do anything about it. We ended up having to ask the maitre de to assist. We saw another couple having to ask twice for their drinks after having waited over half an hour for two simple glasses of wine.

My wife and I booked Utopia for an outside lunch for our 3yr wedding anniversary. We arrived (no mention of anniversary), waited 10 min for cutlery+menu, another 15 min to order (fish of the day, chicken curry+rose), another 10 min to be told there was no fish, another 20 min to get our food+rose, leaving 5 min to eat+drink before heading back to work. Overall shamefully poor service and average overpriced food.
