   Great food, great service, we even got to sample one of the new cocktails that will be on the reworked drink menu coming out soon. That was a blast. Thanks much.

   The restaurant was not aware we had a booking. This really isn’t a wine bar, the selection is not great. The food wasn’t great, they didn’t have the Quinoa bowl I wanted because the quinoa had gone bad. The pizza I got instead was ok, they were kind enough not charge us for that. All in all I’d skip the food. The outdoor space looked nice and I understand they have a comedy club night here at the premises.

   This was our first time at Urban Winery and it was great. Wasn’t very busy at the time we were there which was nice. Our waiter was friendly and nice. The drinks were great and the apps were good. We will return.

   I was unbelievably disappointed with the service at Nashville Urban Winery. There was no wait staff (what was the point of even accepting reservations). The attention to people waiting to order was minimal (even though it wasn’t fully packed). They messed up the food orders and brought out food after it had been sitting under the heat lamp for quite some time. Finally, they “lost” our card swipes after insisting they took them at the beginning to start tabs—they then told us the wrong total, said they would split it between cards...put it all on one card...told us we were “good” and then my friend found multiple pending charges on her card after our leave. Do NOT recommend and will not be back.

   Horrible experience. Our server was drunk- Taking shotguns of beer right in front of our table with the kitchen staff. She forgot our order multiple times and tried to add gratuity which we had to ask her to remove. The food was mediocre. Don't waste your time or money.

   I had my birthday dinner on the patio and it was fantastic!! Annie was our server and she took care of our 20+ group with ease. 5 stars! Would recommend!

   Service is incredibly slow and the place wasn’t even crowded. They forgot one of our meals, we had to continually go in to ask for drinks and when the food came out it was pretty bad. Would not recommend.

   Very very friendly (if totally overworked) server, but he was really the only good thing about our experience. We waited forty-five minutes for our first round of drinks and appetizers, and another thirty five before our meals arrived. The food was Robert Orr-Sysco quality, and very very expensive for the mass produced quality. Our entire visit was over two hours and almost $100 for three personal pizzas and one shared appetizer.

    The venue was great but did not hide the fact that the food was average at best. There was only one bar tender to cover all tables, the bar, and patio. Therefore service was slow or non existent.
