Made reservations at Upstairs rooftop bar and restaurant about 60 days prior. Updated reservations 24 hours before to add more parties. I was never told that the restaurant was closed for renovations. I was also staying at this hotel. They offered to seat us in their downstairs lobby bar for the same prices. No communication or heads up on restaurant being closed. We are at this lobby restaurant the next morning for breakfast and they added very large a service charges onto bill. On top of already very inflated prices. $146 for 2 kids and 2 adult basic egg breakfast and juice for kids coffee for adults. Not worth the price and think that restaurant was still accepting reservations for rooftop in a dishonest way. Messed up our long standing dinner plans for our vacation dinner out with other friends.

rooftop was closed - and they didn't mention this when making a reservation as it was being renovated. Drinks were OK, very nice vibe and ambiance but typical "accessory" level quality.

I booked a reservation for the rooftop and received a confirmation that afternoon stating my reservation was still valid. However, upon my arrival, I was informed that the rooftop was closed and would not be opening, and no one had contacted me to inform me of this. It was my best friend's birthday, and I was responsible for the celebration; all she wanted was to be on a rooftop enjoying cocktails. I am also disappointed because I feel the manager lacks sympathy toward our situation. We did not expect anything for free; we simply wanted to know that the rooftop would be closed so we could make alternative plans. This was not just a regular dinner; it was a birthday celebration, and I feel we were treated disrespectfully. All we wanted was to be told the truth from the start about the rooftop's closure so we could have arranged something else. This was not an ordinary dinner; it was a birthday, and I feel we were disrespected.

OpenTable allowed us to make a reservation, uber all the way there, only for the restaurant to be closed and under construction. Waste of time and money

There is no upstairs at the marrow. It's being renovated. instead they book you at the lobby level restaurant and they don't tell you until you get there. Pretty pricey too.

The limited menu really packs a punch, with sufficient vegan items (cauliflower steak, kale salad, and butternut squash soup) as well as chicken, steak, and seafood choices. Craft cocktails were delicious.

I had an 8:15 reservation, we weren’t seated until 8:40. They took 45 minutes to bring the salad, then an hour after we received the main dish. We never received a second order of drinks! Never going back and never recommending! Definitely not worth $400!

. I made reservations here Valentine’s Day , we were late and they were very accommodating, but it seems like they were rushing you to eat and get out to fill the seats back . Our waiter was nice and friendly the managers were very rude to my friends sitting in the table next to us saying out loud we were clear on how long you can dine here .. I was not happy with the energy during a valentine celebration

The ambience is great and the food was decently good but the price of dinner for two people and a drink was absolutely ridiculous. I would never recommend a couple to come here for Valentine’s Day.
