   Went there to celebrate a birthday with family. The restaurant has the vibe of a NYC restaurant. All our dinners were great, and our server, Joe, was outstanding.

   Greeted, seated, attended to on a Friday night w/ reservation @ 6:30p . It was suggested from the kitchen to try an appetizer Off menu 5 star & “I rate it 5 star off the charts “ & paired with a scrumptious port. Main entree was delectable & met with great anticipation and did not disappoint. Cocktails prior to dinner arrived promptly & overall service was excellent. The new owner knows what he is doing. I strongly recommend this restaurant in general most especially for dinner.

   Great cocktails. Everything I have ever eaten at Uproot has been excellent. We generally share both appetizers and enteess around the table. Leave room for the donuts.

   I am taking the time to write because Scott is that good of a chef. The food at Uproot is special We go here often... and believe me, my husband is a big foodie/wine snob and he loves it here. What's even better, is the special wine dinners Uproot has. Each dish Scott cooks at the wine dinners are exceptionally made and they obviously go with the wines ... I feel like I am in NYC or Paris. I highly recommend.
