   We had the most wonderful dining experience tonight from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and the staff was so attentive and friendly. Everything was absolutely delicious. It was a memorable evening, and we’re already looking forward to coming back soon!

   Adding 20% tip on a bill where the waitresses were absolutely horrible is  a cheap thing to do. Our waitress was absolutely horrible and I feel like she knew that she was gonna get that 20% tip from us so didn’t even try to ask us how we were doing or even provide any service at all. She just smiled there, knowing that she was gonna make a bunch of money off us. I’m pretty happy to tip when the service is good, but the service here  the worst  i’ve seen in a long time and I’ve been here two times already the beltline location is far superior to this one.  the food was good, but the service was just horrible and I really hope this place improves  or has better hiring standards for staff

   I’ve been to UNA a few times but never with my children. We brought our 4 and 1 year old and were so impressed with the coloring sheet, food/drink options for kids, and how quickly they brought the food out (essential for young children!). The food was superb as usual, I always love my experience at UNA.

   We visited UNA University District last night and came away quite disappointed. We started with the arancini which was mediocre. The dish was quite bland and not very warm when it reached our table. The Quattro Carne unfortunately was even less impressive. So much about a good pizza is the dough and this tasted like it actually may have been frozen, much like you’d buy at Safeway. And, the pizza was not warm when served. The service from Morgan was very good and we liked the atmosphere, but the food was not what I would expect from UNA.

   The restaurant itself was beautifully decorated and had interesting lighting fixtures. The pizzas and drinks were great! Our server was very friendly, asked us all the right questions, and was able to answer our questions when asked. The price is what I expected for coming to UNA. Would come again!

   We were well looked after without excess attention. The food never disappoints. We were able to enjoy the experience without feeling rushed. Una is well managed and well run. We will continue to support this fabulous restaurant. Thank you!

    Decided to give this location a second chance and it’s just not great and doesn’t compare to the 17th ave location. Food was not great. Kale salad is usually my fav and wasn’t even average, super dry and didn’t taste like a kale ceasar - at all. Waiter apologized and took it away (we barely touched it) and then charged us for it, and apologized for the salad after we paid the bill. Pizza was wet and soggy. Don’t recommend this location.
