   We were a party of five. Umalu is located at the Hyatt, outdoors by the pool. Service was very good. The outside setting was very nice. One of the party had the fish special which was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meals.

   Restaurant sits inside the Hyatt Regency outside by the pools. Best to do valet if you're driving, is reasonable and you don't have to worry about finding parking. The food was decent and service was a little slow but overall for a family dinner it's a great place.

   Stayed at the Hyatt Regency this past March for a week and Umalu was a fantastic place to grab a last minute bite to eat. Would HIGHLY recommend making a reservation for a Friday, Saturday or Sunday evening as it was very crowded on Sunday evening when everyone arrived (we were a very large group of 700+ people). They do offer a "take out" option where you can order ahead or order at the desk and wait for it. The drinks from the bar are great, the bartenders were super friendly and made fantastic drinks. Very wholesome experience chatting with them, where they're from, etc. Everyday there's a drink of the day and they're good, also liked the lower cost when you order the day's drink! You can also ask the bartenders to surprise you - was never disappointed. Food: The flatbreads were delicious as was the hummus plate -- it's big enough to share with another person. I also really enjoyed the Ahi Poke Nachos! Super fresh Ahi and the chips are the local taro and sweet potato chips. My favorite that I ordered a few times over the course of our stay was the Sesame Orange Chicken Stir-Fry. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. The whole entire experience -- day or night, drinks and appies or a full meal -- fantastic and would recommend to anyone. The service was also fantastic! Everyone is super friendly and willing to give you a recommendation. Definitely planning to bring our family back in the future because the Hyatt was so good to us.

   The restaurant was hard to find it you weren’t staying at the Hyatt. And it was located at the pool. Noisy and combination of bathing suits and dresses. Sunset was amazing though.

   Disappointing. Not at all what I’d expect from the Hyatt. Service was good but nothing else was. Worst fish tacos I’ve ever had and really quite expensive given that’s it’s really just a pool bar.
