   We arrived to Ulrichs with a reservation for 6:30pm. There was no hostess and only one server. We had to wait for 20 minutes to be seated. We placed our order, French fries, beef on wick, and waited 30 minutes. We hadn’t received our door and then waited another 20 minutes. Still no food. We ended up leaving without eating. Very poor experience.

   There was one waitress, one bartender and one cook for a packed restaurant and bar on a Saturday night hours before a concert at the arena. We knew that it was going to be a wait, so we got drinks at the bar instead of ordering them at the table. One drink was wrong (no big deal, it wasn't bad, just wrong), and another other had things floating in it (didn't notice until the drink was finished, we just let it go). We ordered two open meatloaf and two salads, when they finally came out both meatloaf were cold, and the cobb salad was missing bacon. We asked if the cook could heat up the meatloaf for us, as it was pretty inedible, and when it came back 10 minutes later it was just as cold as it was the first time it came out. There was no apology or concern. The waitress asked if we wanted to order something else, but because we were there for close to an hour and a half, we had to head to the concert and didn't have time. Basically, half our party left the restaurant without eating dinner. Also, as we were waiting for our check, the table next to us ended up cancelling their order because they had been waiting so long they were also going to be late for the concert. I went to the website to get an email address to contact them, but the website was down. I did get an email address from facebook, but the email I sent was returned to me. I'm not generally a fan of leaving reviews as it's pretty unfair based on one experience, but there's no other way to get ahold of them.

   I made a reservation for a holiday weekend. We were not told that the restaurant was out of many items on the menu. The server was great, but everything else was problematic. The food took a very long time & came out in pieces. We never received some items. The menu has also changed since I was there before—there are not as many traditional dishes on the menu now.

   Food was very good but... Waiter brought drinks and never returned to take our order. Mgr came and gently scolded us for seating ourselves (we'd been seated by the bartender) "that's where the confusion was." A bit of a wait for our food, asked for horseradish 3 times, was brought au jus as they were out of horseradish. Disappointing but the au jus was a tasty substitution. 3 meals were served, waitress returned to tell the 4th person they were out of mac and cheese. Bar atmosphere, old and loud, restroom needs attention. Manager did take 25% off our bill for the troubles which was a nice gesture.

   Service was amazing, waitress was friendly and helpful. Beer couldn't have been better! I would recommend going in winter. Their menu slims down over the summer, but their winter menu has all of the Polish comfort foods you dream of!

   We were very disappointed in the food. A mouth full of fat in first bite of roast beef sandwich. The pastrami came with onion but had to look for it because there was hardly any on of it. Needless to say, we won't be back. Over priced for what you get.

   Food was decent, but not much German food on the menu at all. Service was slow and wait staff was not terribly attentive. We sat near the serving area where the Top 40 music was so loud we had difficulty conversing. Not really interested in returning here.

   The place was very busy. There one only one person waiting tables, seating people, bringing drinks, bringing food. The poor girl had way to much to do to make anything efficient. After waiting for about 15 minutes the bartender came to seat us. He was very nice. The waitress came over and was also very nice but completely overwhelmed. She asked for our drink order and it seemed there was only one beer list to look at and someone else had it. She asked if we were ready to order food. The menu online was completely different from the menu given to us. She explained that had just switched over to the summer menu. None of the authentic German dishes we wanted were offered on the summer menu. They were also sold out of a couple of things on the summer menu so we decided to leave. No problem with the staff. All 2 of them were very nice. They needed about 3 other people working there that evening. Dissapointed. Always wanted to try it.

   When we arrived, the waitress listed 4 or 5 items they were out of and they had a very limited menu to begin with. The food was just ok and was expensive for the quality of food .

    There were 6 of us dining after a graduation. All meals were amazing. Large portion sizes and everything tasted excellent. Our waitress was also great! Would definitely recommend going here!
