Uchiko is the sister restaurant to Tyson Cole’s original Uchi. It matches that restaurant’s dedication to food, wine, and service, but it has a Japanese farmhouse aesthetic with crafted materials and warm finishes to round out a completely updated setting. The chef team at Uchiko has created a brand new selection of composed dishes and sushi, taken from ideas and plates created at Uchi. Uchiko is Uchi redefined. Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online up to 1 month in advance. Walk-in bar seating is available and is subject to wait times. Patio seating is weather permitting and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. We look forward to serving you, Kanpai!

Uchiko is by far the best sushi restaurant my girlfriend and I have been to. The staff was very nice, we initially got a table in the middle of the room which definitely was a bad spot for me. It was too loud and cramped. I asked if they had any booths open and luckily they did. The booth was great, I could hear myself think and could actually have a conversation with my girlfriend while eating. As for the food, everything was delicious and some of the sushi changed our lives. We never tasted anything as delicious as that before. The time it took for us to get our food as we ordered was a bit slow but it was pretty packed so I guess I can understand that. The prices are going to hurt the wallet quite a bit so be prepared to spend at least a few hundred. Overall, a great experience and we’d love to go back.

We always have a positive experience at Uchi and their sister restaurants. They were busy and sat us late but that was okay because we were given complimentary apps and our drink orders were taken. As always, the food was excellent and so was the service.

We had an incredible time celebrating a family milestone at Uchiko. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless—the valet was prompt and polite, and the greeting staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. Our server was fantastic—friendly, sharp, and clearly knew the menu inside and out. They recommended a few standout dishes we might’ve missed otherwise, and every single one was spot-on. The food was stunning—not just in presentation, but in flavor. Every bite was bold, fresh, and beautifully balanced. The atmosphere struck the perfect balance between lively and intimate—just right for a special night out. Uchiko made our celebration feel truly special, and we left feeling full, happy, and already planning our next visit. Can’t recommend it enough!

Drinks were great, food was good but not sure it was worth the price tag. Overall good experience with vibes and service but unsure if it was worth the price.

The seafood was fresh and the whole dining experience was next level. My favorite were the hama chili, the dry aged salmon and the wagyu nigiri.

As always our experience was Michelin star worthy…fantastic from the host stand to the sushi bar! Ji and Rudy, were very personable and knowledgeable about all the different sushi rolls 🍣 they proudly served us. Delectable and well crafted rolls, and plates down to the amazing desserts! Chef Cole made us feel so special for our birthdays!
