   This menu, from the first bite, was tsunami - it inundated us completely, wholly. We sat outside, so the atmosphere was filled with sounds of life - little kids laughing, car horns raging, couple chatting as they walked by. We even met a cute dog. But! Back to the food. We were a table of four. Two of us chose the omakase/somakase and we were not disappointed. The first bit was a warm, butter-dipped crab leg abed a small hill of white rice. Our server - forgive me, I can't recall her name - was unassuming and knowledgeable. A server assassin - she killed us with that first bite. OMG. This went on for another 7 or 8 bites until we ended with the bananas foster and ice cream confection that was so expertly crafted we were left wondering how we had not been to Uchi sooner. 10/10 food. We'll be back. Thank you.

   First time visiting Uchi with my wife and 2 daughters and everything was very good. We all thought the quality and freshness of the dishes were amazing. Also menu is not only limited to sushi. Best of all was the service our server (name is maybe Adrian??, don’t remember to well his name)…he was amazing, very knowledgeable on the menu and plates offered. we would definitely come back.

   Waited over 1 hour for our main dish, which was a raw dish so not sure what took so long. Besides taking it off the bill didn’t feel any compensation. In addition our waitress was just terrible.

   I’ve had amazing meals here in the past but this night was off. Everything else was great, service, ambiance, vibe. Was disappointed in the food experience but I’m sure it was just an off night. Will eat here again.

   Amazing service and the 10-course tasting menu during happy hour was a great move. Also ordered hand rolls, nigiri, and hot dishes like the red curry halibut which was insane. The veggie dishes like the brussel sprouts the and the oyster mushroom nigiri were standouts! Great nigori and cocktails, highly recommended

   Back after many years and the food/service is still an exceptional as ever! Loved the somakase option to create your own chef’s choice menu. I don’t say this about many American restaurants at all. But Uchi is one of the best in the country by my standards! Hands down the most creative, well balanced and well-presented dishes around!

   We had an incredible dinner, which felt almost choreographed by our server Vicky and a variety of servers bringing out dishes. My friend is allergic to gluten and every time a plate was served they repeated that it was allergen free-which goes such a long way. The server even came back to mention the cocktail ordered had gluten and helped by friend choose a new one. The food was delicious-the oysters, the halibut in broth, and the salmon belly were contenders for the best bites.

    We were truly amazed by this dining experience. The food was beautifully presented—each dish felt like a work of art that we almost couldn’t bring ourselves to eat! The desserts were absolutely outstanding, an explosion of flavors we won’t forget. The service was exceptional, with the staff being both friendly and seamlessly in sync. The atmosphere was lively, and the guests all seemed to be enjoying themselves just as much as we were. We will definitely be returning in the near future!
