Established July 1, 2011, Tuscan Hills Winery is a family owned and operated business. We are especially focused on creating well-balanced wines of the highest quality. We pride ourselves in providing excellent products and the people who work here are knowledgeable hosts who are connected to the story of the winery. As everyone’s sensitivities to the smells and tastes of wines are different, our staff is trained to help guests compare the subtle differences in our wines until they find a desirable favorite. Besides our selection of wines, we also offers sangrias, specialty craft beers and a broad range of liquor products for every palate. You are welcome to bring your own food or we have a cooler of specialty meats and cheeses and a menu of Italian breads and pizzas. Tuscan Hills Winery is a family and pet friendly winery with a relaxing, intimate environment and an old world Tuscan feel.

Chardonel
A full-bodied wine with a balanced, clean finish. Has aromas of pear, lemon, apple and light buttery touches of vanilla and butterscotch. Slightly naked giving it a hint of buttery aroma and mouthfeel making this wine extremely attractive to fans of popular California Chardonnay.
Andiamo
An off-dry medium-bodied wine made with Seyval Blanc and Cayuga grapes. Features pineapple, tropical fruits, lemon, peach, apple and pear aromas. Andiamo means "Let's Go!" in Italian, pointing out the crispness of this wine. A favorite with Pinot Grigio fans
Vignoles ("vinn yole")
A medium sweet wine displaying a little spiciness and big fresh fruity flavor; pineapple, crisp green apple, grapefruit, and light spices and a hint of vanilla. Immediately popular with Riesling fans.
Tuscan Day
A sweet Niagara wine with intense peach, apple, pear and citrus aromas. We've found interesting pairings with Gouda cheese and whole wheat crackers. A favorite with fans of late-harvest wines and lager beer

Pinks/Blushes/Roses

Pretty In Pink
Far and away our best-selling wine! A full-bodied, sweet blush wine with a bold strawberry flavor. A very fruity blush with customary rose floral perfume and grape aromas. Balanced with an underlying crispness. A great dessert or party wine all on its own.

Red Wines

Chambourcin
A complex dry wine with black pepper, raspberry, strawberry, cherry, roses, cedar, and vanilla aromas. Medium bodied, slightly crisp and a lingering finish. A favorite with Pinot Noir fans
Starry Night
A highly tannic Norton with aromas of currant, blackberry, mulberry, elderberry and a little vanilla from toasted French oak. A noticeably softer take on a rich dry wine. Deep purple-red in color, full bodied and precisely balanced with a very long finish rich in fruit. A favorite with Malbec and Merlot fans
Sweet Sicilian
A smooth, medium-sweet Rougheon wine with plum, red berry and black cherry aromas. Medium-full bodied, with a warm, fruit-dominated, medium-long finish
Tuscan Night
A very sweet Illinois Concord and Chambourcin wine, extremely smooth and full-bodied, with rich grape aromas plus raspberry and red cherry flavors. Tastes like Grandpa's blackberry wine

Fortified Wines

Touch of Midas
A fortified Muscat Canelli dessert wine with huge aromas and tasteful flavors of pineapple, mango, yellow apple and a long-lasting honeyed fruit flavor. Best if served slightly chilled. 500ml bottle
Orion's Belt
Rich and sweet with the complex structure and flavor of Norton grapes emphasizing currants, blackberries and spices of clove and cinnamon. Tastes like Christmas in a glass! Full-bodied with a balanced, long-lasting finish. Enjoyed both room temperature and chilled. 500ml bottle
