Had elk carpaccio, it was excellent. The wagyu steak was fabulous , tender and cooked to perfection. The prix fixe menu was a great value the berries, sorbet and meringues was a nice sweet finish.

Not our first visit. The ambiance/space were wonderful as usual. And the service was very good though not as good as it’s been in past visits. Table wasn’t cleared from appetizers timely. Lack of coordination between server and others. Cocktails were wonderful and served well (giant ice cube for the sipping cocktails). Old Fashioned was wonderful and their cocktail that won the “best of” award this year was original and delicious. The food was excellent with one exception I’ll get to. The honey biscuits, tomato bread, and elk carpaccio were all excellent. The tomato dish was like eating summer. The carpaccio was deeply flavored and so tender it was hard to pick off the plate with a fork. The biscuits are a staple and do not fail us. The grilled eggplant entree looked like a steak. It had good body and grilled flavor. The barley “risotto” with chanterelle mushrooms was a hit. So was the lamb loin. It had s nice sear and great flavor. The pesto/peas/fava accompaniment was an excellent contrast and the mashed potatoes were likely 50:50 (butter to potato). The beef and barley dish had the same barley risotto as the eggplant. All the accompaniments were wonderful. The Wagyu beef was a disappointment. Not buttery tender and just lacking in flavor (although the sauce reduction on the plate helped here). Don’t think this is an execution issue. More of an ingredient issue. Might just be a taste thing but our two diners who had the dish agreed they’d had better beef tenderloin filets (flavor and texture) with Wagyu price tag. The wine list was extensive and fairly priced. All in all, a very nice meal but for the price, they need to step up their game a little.

We made a reservation several weeks ago and were excited about the opportunity to try Tupelo. Unfortunately, that evening the restaurant was hosting a wedding reception on the upper level and it was extremely noisy. The waitress had to scream to be heard. She realized the noise level was rising and offered to move us to the back of the restaurant where is was a little quieter. When making a reservation the restaurant should notify guest that a special event is going on at the same time. If I had known, I would have chosen another night to enjoy Tupelo. Our drinks were fantastic, nice variety of choices. The food was good but not exceptional. That fried rabbit was extremely salty. The biscuits are worth a try. They are tender and flaky...well done. I would not put Tupelo on my list of Park City go to restaurants.

My salad with smoked trout was boring and a disappointment. The added nectarines were hard and there wasn't any flavor even with the salad dressing. My husband liked his BLT with egg added and the house soup. Our waiter was friendly and the atmosphere is very nice.

AMAZING!! Do not miss dining at Tupelo! The food is some of the BEST Park City has to offer! In addition, they have the best wine list among all the high end restaurants. The mussels and heirloom tomato toast were delicious! Tupelo will be a regular part of our annual trip!

I had heard so many great things, I must have had my expectations too high. The upstairs dining room was a bit cramped and the chairs were extremely uncomfortable. Our server was pleasant, but overall not completely engaged with the menu or dining experience. The wine list was good except for the ‘by-the-glass’ section. I was surprised by the low quality wine glasses as well. My wife and I shared: Crudo, which was beautiful and had good flavors, but needed some salt and acid Peach Salad, the dressing was delicious and the greens were fresh Fried Rabbit, on creamed corn with a spicy red pepper sauce. All delicious but the rabbit was difficult to get off the bones Elk Meatballs, in a delicious tomato gravy with goat cheese and grilled bread. Very good! Grilled Peach Dessert, with brown butter ice cream was well composed and not too sweet. There were some high points but we won’t be in a hurry to go back.

Awesome service and the food was some of the very best I had while visiting Park City. I also enjoyed talking to the Manager about their wine and how much we enjoyed our dinner. Great place.
