This place is pretty amazing. It's amazing the variety on the menu. The service is excellent, many of the locals seem to come here, so always refreshing. Noisy restaurant and in a strange place, but it is worth visiting to try. Your ceviche and seafood. You definitely have to eat a good Peruvian food and enjoy the stay in Chicago.

BEWARE! Although I booked a reservation for Saturday brunch at 9am on Open Table, I called the restaurant an hour before my reservation and was told by the person answering that they didn’t open until noon. So I had to scramble to find someplace else to go.

Awesome food! The chef brought out her homemade donuts for us as a treat! There was a soccer game on and everyone in the restaurant was there to watch the game so it was incredibly loud but fun and lively. Check the soccer schedule before you head over and if Peru is playing and you’re not interested be sure to take that into account.

Service is incredibly slow, so don't dine here if you have an elsewhere to be. We ordered appetizers, but they didn't take our entree orders until after we had finished eating them - and they took a while to come out. We had a child dining with us, and although they brought out the ketchup, they never did bring out his fries (they were on our bill though!) Fortunately, others in our party had fries as part of their meal and donated theirs to the cause. When we finally got our food - everything was delicious!

The food was delicious and the service was great!! The food lagged... a lot! So bring good wine (it’s BYOB) and plan to enjoy their bread with the tasty salsa. The food comes in hefty portions and is delicious. A fun place to share plates, linger, and enjoy your night.
