   Delicious and varied gluten free and vegan selections that are indistinguishable from their gluten and meat counterparts. Excellent meal.

   Loved the Pizza with gluten free crust, vegan cheese, Pepperoni and we added chicken. Plus the Grassfed Burger has such an amazingly robust flavor. The warm Chocolate Chip Cookie and vegan Vanilla Bean Ice Cream was a great treat and nice way to finish our meal. We had a wonderful time. The wait staff are all very attentive and welcoming. That's why we come to True Food Kitchen often. It's fun to try something new on the menu as well.

   Burgers were way overcooked. Staff seemed generally confused. Had to ask multiple times for silverware and water.

   The Spaghetti Squash Casserole is a favorite. Love the vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie dessert with vegan vanilla ice cream too. Having an early dinner on a Thursday was very relaxing.

   We love this True Food! But, the service, cleanliness and overall experience was not pleasant! It seems that top brass in tbe company just doesn’t have good management and the restaurant suffers from not enough bodies to handle it when it’s full capacity. Everybody is stressed. The food is not the best that can be (my shrimp looked like it had worm attached on one side). The bathroom had papers thrown all over & the water spout was ready to fall out!!! Not fault of humans working there but the higher up management! That’s really too bad because we really liked going there. Easy parking & perfect spot in Pasadena…Now if it was just run right. I would say to upper management to spend more money and hire more bodies.

   The food is usually very good at True Food Kitchen. There was a challenge and it was corrected immediately. They are very hospitable and wanted to insure we had a satisfying dining experience. That was very appreciated.

   Our server Hank was amazing! A+++! Not only was he attentive, he also engaged with my son which made him smile ear to ear.

   True Food is a reliable spot for healthy food options. I was disappointed to learn on my last visit that they are proudly "seed oil free". Other than feeding into the seed oil conspiracy theory, this also means they no longer offer oat milk. After tasting the almond milk matcha, all I can say is that I won't be ordering it again.

    Went in for Sunday brunch. First visit to the restaurant. Decor and layout is very appealing. Open kitchen, which is fun to watch. Food quality was quite good and we enjoyed the flavor. But the quantity was not much as we expected. Service was the real let down. The server acted as if he didn’t really want to be there. He stopped by the table and took the order, but there was no attention to detail. Ordered coffee, but cream was not offered nor was it brought to the table until we asked. No spoons with the hot beverages. No salt and pepper on the table. Pretty average experience overall. I won’t be going back.
