   The food was good. The service was mediocre. What we did not appreciate was being approached by some young boys who were going table to table selling koozies. We said something to the hostess on the way out but she appeared to be higher than a kite, so I’m not sure anything was done about the solicitation. Not sure we will return after this experience because this is not what we expect when we go out to eat, especially at a nicer restaurant.

   The food was good, but I cannot say the same about the service. It felt like we were an afterthought to our waitress. She was not attentive at all and it felt like we were bugging her and she was very hard to hear. I will also say that I was not impressed by the cleaning. We were sitting in a separate room and there was food on the floor and a table that was left dirty for awhile before someone came to bus it. Overall, I would return for the food, but was not impressed.

   I ate outdoors at the Domain, and so the atmosphere was a little more noisy and active than I would have liked (they're right by a playground) but otherwise everything was fantastic!

   True Food is a favorite and for a long time. Yesterday, our entrees which we had in the restaurant were excellent (brunch rancher's hash). We ordered a chicken tender plate hash to go (for someone at home) which was inedible when opened at home. We should have opened the go box at the table before we left - and would have sent it back. It was burned, both the tenders and the the sweet potato hash. While there is a first time for everything, this really put us off. Our server did not catch it and perhaps she did not see it loaded into the go box. Date:4/13/2025 Ticket#80003

   This was the first time I have ever had lunch at The Food Kitchen. It was a great experience. It was not too crowded at noon. We were served quickly and our server was very prompt, sweet, polite, and efficient. I ordered the chicken wrap and it was delicious. Came with choice of salad. I ordered the kale salad which was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed having lunch at this restaurant.

   Very disappointed today! Food is not as good as it used to be. They changed the hummus appetizer completely. It’s not as good as it used to be. It used to be a smooth original hummus with marinated olives, feta, onion mixture, and olive oil drizzle on top. Served with a fluffy pita. Now it is a gritty pesto spicy hummus with a dollop of pesto, another dollop of some spicy sauce, and a ton of cilantro on top. They only gave us a few pieces of some whole grain pita that was kinda crispy. I didn’t care for it. So disappointing. The pizza was okay but, should have been cooked longer. The burger wasn’t as good as it used to be. Tasted like they changed the bun to a pretzel bun that I really didn’t like as much. I asked for it to be cooked medium rare and it was well done. The flavor wasn’t what it used to be. The sweet potato hash would have been better if they cut them into equal sized pieces. Most were cut tiny and ended up hard with just a couple that were bigger and softer. Not good. The flourless chocolate cake was good but, more like a pudding. It had a sauce on top that didn’t seem like much of a chocolate sauce. It tasted completely different than I remember it being in the past. It had a bit of a coffee flavor that I don’t remember it having the last time. Not as good as it used to be. The two servers that we had been assigned forgot about us completely and I had to go to the bar to get them to close out my bill. I never once was asked if we needed a refill on drinks and when I got up to go to the bar after waiting about 30 minutes for our waitress or waiter to come back I noticed they were sitting down eating. Service is not good. I usually get bad service. Today was not acceptable. The prices have gone up and really not worth it. Don’t waste your time with this place.

    It was a birthday dinner for a friend and I brought table scaping. Staff helped me to set it up. Service was quick and efficient. Food came out fast, hot and yummy. I had a burger that was the best I'd had in years. Peach lemonade was delish.
