We chose Trio to celebrate our 12th anniversary, and once again, it delivered an unforgettable experience. This was our second visit—four months after our first—and to our surprise and delight, Benoit, the manager, remembered us. His warm welcome and attention to detail truly made us feel celebrated.
From the moment we arrived, everything felt elevated. We started with the green salad, cured salmon, and sunchoke soup—each dish beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The salad was fresh and balanced, the salmon was delicately cured with just the right touch of acidity, and the soup was rich, earthy, and comforting.
For mains, we revisited two favorites from our first time: the Iberico pork and the beef striploin—both cooked to perfection and full of depth. The ravioli was also a standout: silky pasta filled with vibrant, nuanced flavors. Every bite felt like a culinary journey, which is exactly what we look for when dining out.
Dessert was the perfect finish—chocolate crémeux that was rich and velvety, and a classic crème brûlée with a crisp caramel top and creamy center. Each dish wasn’t just delicious, but a true experience.
Benoit also guided us with wine pairings, and as always, his selections elevated the meal beautifully. His passion for hospitality shines through everything he does.
A special mention to how kind and attentive he was to our daughter, who wasn’t feeling her best when we arrived. Benoit went out of his way to cheer her up, and by the end of the meal, she was all smiles, happily enjoying her food.
Trio isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a place that makes moments feel special. We’ll be back again and again.
