   Trio never disappoints! We had a wonderful meal, wait staff were amazing attentive and friendly, but never intrusive.

   We had the best server, Melissa who made it a great experience. My pork belly hash was to die for and my wife said the biscuits and gravy were to best she had ever tasted from a long time lover of biscuit and gravy! Great Easter brunch!

   This place des not aspire to gourmet heights, but its food is well prepared and there is room for larger groups. The tuna tower appetizer is outstandingly prepared,

   Food is not worth the price tag. Pastas were swimming in broth style sauces. Also some of the pasta dishes were made with dried pasta despite the menu claiming that they were fresh/homemade.

   Thank you for joining us. Please note that all our pasta is made fresh in-house daily, except for our gluten-free pasta. We wish we had known you felt the pasta had more sauce than you care for so we could have made you new plates that would have been perfect. Hopefully we'll have another chance to serve you someday soon, and for our best values, please consider joining us for our Trio Prix Fixe Menu available daily from 4 pm to 6 pm.

   Another cool place in Palm Springs. All 4 in our party said their food was delicious. Our waiter was great too. My only gripe was we made reservations for inside because of the heat (good idea), but the seats were in a back area behind a wall where you couldn’t see any other part of the restaurant. Great if you were looking for a private party, but I misssed the vibe of the place.

   Michael was great! Attention to every need. We had the sweet potato cheesecake and it was delicious. Things have changed a bit since the last time we were there but it was great. Thank you so much.

   From being greeted at the door by Tony ( the owner) to our drinks , apps and meal , we totally would recommend Trio to anyone who wants a great dining experience.

    One of the. Best restaurants in the desert cities .. great delicate fish .. cooked to perfection meat… master cocktails .. amazing crème brulee. gracious waiters and a beautiful comfortable setting .. Creative and fresh ! A wonderful restaurant !!!!
