   Food was good fries were hot and crispy just the way we like them the children's hotdogs were very good and the waiter the service was excellent

   A friend and I had dinner and drinks before catching a movie at SILVERSPOT. The food was yummy and the service was great.

   we had an 11am reservation made with open table. when we got there, there was no one to be found for assistance. no one could find a manager so we left. was looking forward to it...won' go back. what a waste of time and energy. ended up at Chic-Fil_A which was fast, courteous, and the food was hot. man what disappointmentwith Trilogy!!!!!

   terrible, slow service. the salmon was obviously not entered and came 10 minutes after the rest of the dishes, slightly undercooked. nacho cheese was definitely velveeta. margarita pizza was luke warm. used to be a good restaurant and a good option before a movie at silverspot, but has obviously gone down hill.

   My card was changed twice. The staff never informed me that they charged my card twice. Took 3 weeks for them to refund me after they refunded me they charged my card again at that time I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Service was terrible management needs training.

   We were so disappointed in our most recent visit. The service was horrible, we waited 20 minutes just to get waters, and only because of the attentive hostess who stepped in to take over for the server. When the server did arrive he never introduced himself, was very brusque, and was inattentive. The food was tasteless and not worth the price we paid for it. We used to enjoy coming to this restaurant for the full dinner/movie experience but the quality of service and decrease in food and drink quality has really brought Trilogy in specific and Silverspot in general down in our esteem.

   Dreadful. Rude waiter/host met us with an angry rebuke for letting him know we had a reservation and said there was no way he would be able to seat us for 15-20 minutes. We went to the bar to have a drink and wait and he never addressed us again, even as the restaurant cleared out and it became evidently less busy. We ended up having to ask the bar tender if we could just order dinner there. 15 minutes we ordered dinner, we were told they were out of what we ordered so we had to try again. No apologies made for what we experienced, and nothing taken off for the delays, changes and rudeness. Just beware - if you have other options, go with them! Food and service aren’t worth what we put up with.

   It was by far the worst dining experience I have ever had in my life. From the moment walking up to check in for the reservation to waiting 25 minutes for the check and an additional 15 to sign the bill. Not to mention dinner for three and the experience it was to be over $150 is absolutely mind blowing. I have had the pleasure of dining in some of the best restaurants in the world. Never have I been so discounted and ignored as I was in this “restaurant”. I have experienced better service at a drive thru.

    Our server, Angel, was very attentive. We had a fun get-together before a movie. Food and service were fine.
