   Only 2 member of staff on which had to be in charge of both the bar and the restaurant guests. It was a Monday night and it was almost full which meant service was slow. There was no apology for the time it took to serve us and the meal took about 45 mins to arrive and all we ordered was 2 burgers. We have been once before when they first opened and they just served about 7 different burgers and the food was absolutely delicious. However on this occasion the menu has been extensively expanded to now have fewer burgers and more alternative meals. While we waiting I saw the chef walk up the stairs and through the restaurant with 2 packets on burgers in his hands. The burgers were tasteless, served on dry buns and the halloumi fries we ordered didn't come with the dip advertised on the menu. I had to ask twice for mayonnaise and at no point during the meal did anyone come and ask if we wanted any more drinks or if the meal was okay. Not their fault there was only 2 members of staff on but after such a good experience the first time we went this really was incredibly poor and we won't be returning again.

   Seemed a bit shortstaffed, and service was correspondingly slow. I had to send a sent dish back which was not hot. But there was no issue about it, replacement came very quickly, and the cost was deducted from the bill. What we had was very tasty, lovely food.

   Visited on a Monday evening..had the burgers which were really tasty. Also had cocktails, good choice of food & drinks and the Monday offers meant our meal was an absolute bargain! Would definitely recommend

   I would normally say yes but last time I visited I was very disappointed. When we arrived at 12.25, table booked for 12.30 they were still clearing up from the night before, it smelt of bleach. We were then seated and it was freezing I had to ask if they could turn up the heating. We ordered food and it took 45 mins to arrive. Not a good experience.

   Had a lovely meal at Tribecca. Waiting staff were very attentive and excellent food served too, their burgers are gorgeous. Fabulous evening on Mad Friday (last Friday before Xmas)

   Beautiful food, full to bursting by the time we left. Waitress who served us was lovely.

    This was our second visit to TriBeCa, the first time everything was 100%, food, service and ambiance but sadly our second visit wasn’t. On arrival there was entertainment which we always enjoy but stood in the bar we couldn’t hear ourselves speak so impossible to have a conversation. My husband has a slight hearing problem so I asked if we could be seated up stairs so we could talk but everything was booked which is understandable at this time of year, so after speaking to the staff again I asked for us to be seated to the far wall which for some reason the waiter thought we were a party of 10no?? But then realised we were just a table of 4no so that wasn’t a problem. We were sat for approximately 10/15 minutes b4 we were handed menus & another 10/15 mins for our ordered be taken. We ordered the Mexican Doritos and the selection of breads, the Doritos had a tiny amount of cheese on top which had not been grilled properly and the rest no cheese at all, the breads were nothing special and looked like bits of bread cake cut in half, I must admit the dips were nice. I ordered the halloumi burger which was terrible, the halloumi sticks were cold and the cheese had then set so inedible. Frozen halloumi sticks are not hard to warm in the oven and present to the customer hot? Worst halloumi burger I have ever eaten. My husband had the fish burger which he expected the mushy peas etc to be in pot so he could apply how ever much he wished to his burger. The chips all four of us received were stuck together and must have come out if the freezer and not separated!! And anemic in colour, not cooked and cold! Don’t know how fries could be so bad! After finishing our starters we were presented with someone else’s bill! Not even had mains! Saving grace we enjoyed our friends company. I know it is Christmas and very busy but it’s one of the worst meals I had in a very long time!!
