   It’s very hard to have a truly unique experience in a globalized world. Tracé pulls it off impeccably. Each dish is carefully conceived with the highest regard for balance and the connection it has to the region. Our waiter did an extraordinary job explaining the background and origin of all the ingredients in our dishes. If you have one dining experience in Paris go to Tracé. You will not be disappointed.

   A perfectly peaceful evening with unassuming Michelin star delivery. The service was attentive and complemented by wonderfully imaginative courses. Loved each iteration of dinner, which was a blend of fresh ingredients, and balanced textures and temperatures. Embodied a true devotion to culinary arts. A true hidden treasure in Paris which more people need to discover.

   What a treat! Impeccable service. Outstanding food. Only thing we didn’t care for was sweetbreads—If you don’t want offal, make sure to let them know in advance. Also recommend the wine pairing—it really added to the amazing experience.
