   The food was phenomenal and the customer service was top notch. Everything we ate was very well seasoned and plated very nicely! I highly recommend trying this restaurant, it was so good that I made new reservations for an upcoming date night.

   I know that Touche has been posting on FB that they are opening soon. Well, the restaurant is now open and it is definitely worth the wait. The restaurant interior and finishes are nicely done as well as a very appealing bar area. The signature cocktails listed on the menu should definitely be tried. When you are seated a qr code symbol is placed on the table by the host for you to open the menu on your phone. After a few tries everything was working fine. Mark, our server was very attentive and answered any questions we might have had. We started with the fresh Oysters on the Half Shell. Nicely presented and very fresh. The Tabasco Sauce and Horseradish were nice accompaniments. Oysters this good, a nice Mignonette would have been great. The Fried Green Tomatoes with Roasted Corn and Remoulade were very well received. The dish came out very quickly and were hot right out of the kitchen. The Shrimp and Grits with a Cayenne Buerre Blanc was a nicely presented and flavorful dish. Every component of the dish was excellent. The Shrimp were perfectly cooked, however a personal dislike are the Shrimp Tail Shells should be removed. The Beef Short Rib Bourguignonne was another delightful preparation and presentation. Each component was excellent and the Short Rib was cooked perfectly. Will certainly go back again and will make sure we save room for dessert. Would definitely make a reservation. One issue, with the digital menu I could not find the beer selections ? Also looking forward to going there for brunch.

   Food was good! Fried catfish, shrimp and grits were great. Beignets were okay but that may be because I was expecting Cafe Du Monde’s taste. Fried green tomatoes were okay, tomatoes were kind of firm. Overall, good meal and good service.

   The flavors meshed very well Together and reminded me of home back in Louisiana. If you like real southern cuisine come here for an experience!

   The food & service were fantastic. I got the Blackened Chicken, and I do wish there was a different side option, as I'm personally not a fan of arugula, but it was still to die for. The bengiets are heavenly. Can't wait to come back for more!

   We dined there last night and we agreed that it was one of the best tasting, nicely presented meals we've had in Aurora. The decor is pleasing and very NOLA comfortable, the music and conversations were at a decent volume as not to overpower a dining partner voice. Cocktails were delightful and trying one of their specialty ones with Butterscotch Bourbon was surprisingly good. Agreeing to have a selection of items to share we ordered Oysters Touche (raw), Voodoo Tomatoes, Creole Comfort Gumbo, Golden Truffle Fries, NOLA Shrimp & Grits, and finished it with Bayou Brulee. Oysters were plump and flavorful, the green tomatoes had a nice tight crispy crust with a creamy sauce that complimented them very well. The gumbo could have been a bit thicker (for my own taste), but all the flavor was there and it didn't last long. The fries, shrimp and grits were something my other half is still talking about this morning, with some of the creamiest grits we've had and perfectly seasoned shrimp. Now even though we were full, although taking some home, we ordered a brulee to share. I've had many brulee's over the years and this was one of the best I've had, visible vanilla seeds and rich texture with the crunchy top as expected. So thank you Touché French Creole for a lovely meal. We'll see you again and wish you success, with such a great start we cannot wait to see where you go from here.

   Everything about Touché was top tier. From entering, being seated, cocktails, attention of the staff, ambiance, the food was phenomenal! Everything was better than expected. I’ve been to many first days and opening where folks were unprepared, not practiced, food was late or cold … not here! This is one of my new favorites!
