   Im rarely surprised by a restaurant but this one took me aback.the bread was fresh and crusty, the mussels were fresh(all opened””) but the sauce it was served in was worth it alone. My pork chop wasn’t adventurous but delicious nonetheless, and dessert was a ricotta cheese cake that Monte Leones in brooklyn would be proud to serve . Most importantly my sons, who are fussy eaters , said it was the first restaurant they had been to that didn’t disappoint at any stage .

   The food was good, but we waited way too long for it, and when it came, they had made an error with our order. It also took about 20 minutes for them to bring me my glass of wine

   Lovely dinner! Got seated ahead of our reservation time. Service was timely and excellent.

   Overall experience is neutral. I have been in many different italian restaurants across US, that one is definitely not my favorite. What I like - punctuation - table was ready right on time - kids marinara pasta was delicious - server assistant did not speak English - tips were added to check automatically, even menu had notice it is applicable for party of 6 What I think they can do better - clean table sheets (it is unprofessional put dirty table sheets!!) - tap water - either change filter or buy different- water taste is really bad - Lamb shank was dry. - crab ravioli was delicious. Big thank you chief!!

   Was my wife and I’s first time at Tortino’s and it will not be our last. The food was fresh, hot, and clearly made with skill and love. Can’t wait to go back!

   We had a great lunch! The food was delicious, our server was great and it wasn’t super loud like so many places are. Definitely recommend!

   We got to the restaurant 20 minutes before our reservation expecting to wait a little bit and were told they would call our phone when our table was ready. Over an hour and a half later our table still wasn’t ready, the host said he could squeeze our party of 6 into a table for four and we agreed, and then he proceeded to sit a DIFFERENT party at that table who had just gotten there. We left after that. After 9pm without even getting sat at a table.

   Tortino is a good, local Italian joint. We were seated 20-30 minutes after our reservation and were told there was a problem in the kitchen. The food was good. The scallop appetizer was my favorite.

    Very cute little Italian restaurant. But service was fine at best, my appetizer and entree were both forgotten. Then the kitchen was running behind which happens so no problem. But the risotto and pasta came out undercooked. While there was potential to be great the whole experience fell short. Could see it possibly being better on a less busy night.
