   Food was good, the corn was out of this world! Choice of music is bizarre and played very loudly which kind of ruined the vibe for us.

   Great food and decent service from host stand to table. However the experience fell short pretty quickly after being seated. This is not a restaurant that should be squeezing 75+ covers in at once. Very minimal table space considering it’s a tapas restaurant. Our server had to drag the whole table just to seat the other guest. Props to the chefs and their team for presenting a great product, but the value is disappointing compared to local competitors. If this restaurant can scale its design it will be a HUGE hit across the city, as long as pricing is adjusted and atmosphere is managed accordingly.

   The food at Toro’s was great EXCEPT the service was so awful, it gave the food and the ambience a bad taste. The waiter we had was terrible and didn’t care at all about our experience, level of comfort, or overall satisfaction. Before we left the restaurant, I made mentioned to the hostess as I just couldn’t leave without saying something. Needless to say our tips reflected his terrible customer service.

   Bartender was excellent and explained how to order to tapas. The drinks and dishes were delicious. The 90’s rap and hip hop mix was slamming.

   We got seated an hour earlier than our reservation which was extremely helpful so we appreciated that! Great atmosphere, lovely staff. Food was tasty if small portion sizes and all came out individually - would have been better if a couple more came out together. Really enjoyed it though.

   Toro is one of our favorite restaurants when we visit Boston from Providence. Food is always great, especially their Paella!
