This was my first time to Tony Roma's and everything was absolutely delicious! Server was very friendly, very attentive. The food was absolutely amazing!

We went to eat before HHN at Universal, they weren’t crowded at all surprisingly and the food was outstanding however our service was terrible. No refills, no waters, bread was so hard we couldn’t bite it but he never checked back to our table. Service would have made all the difference

WE LOVE TONY ROMA'S....SINCE THE ENCINO RESTAURANT CLOSED WE MADE IT A POINT TO TRY UNIVERSAL CITY WALK....MAKE 4 P.M. RESERVATIONS WITH OPEN TABLE AND IT WAS SO EASY. PARK AT THE JURASIC PARK VALET. TONY ROMA'S VALIDATES AND IT IS ONLY $7.50. FOOD, SERVICE WAS FABULOUS!

Moderate food for too much money. The server was great! I am not sure if there is a better sit down dining option at Universal City Walk.

Arrived 30 mins early and they seated us right away. I had put in the reservation it was my cousin and her husband's bday. They even had Bday button from Universal Studios. No acknowledgement. We sat for 20 mins and no one approached us. We spoke to the hostess and she explained it was change in shift. We tried to speak to the manager, and she said some one would be over. The waiter comes (no apology) and said it was not his station but he was told to help us. We had to ask for silverware, napkins etc. Waiter asked if we were ready to order but he seemed as if we were bothering him. We ordered and the kitchen runners brought the food, no issues with the meal. It was hot and how we ordered it. The waiter did fill drinks once with out asking but then we had to ask repeatedly for additional fill ups. Not once did we get an apology for the excessive wait time at the table awaiting service, lack of service and the manager never stopped by our table as we had asked to speak to him.

We went for my wife’s birthday and everything was great. The only weird that bag was a taking pictures took our pucture and said he would be back; we never saw him again.

Personal war sehr freundlich und umsichtig. Aber als Tony Roma‘s Fans waren wir enttäuscht. Steak war tot gebraten, Rippchen teilweise zäh, bestellte Soße vergessen, Toiletten unsauber. Steak haben wir zurück gehen lassen und dann in etwa Medium bekommen, fleischqualiät hatten wir in anderen Restaurants viel bessere Fazit: wir gehen wieder nach Berlin 😎

We arrived at 2pm for a late lunch. It was not busy at all but the hostess said we had to wait to have the entire party there before they could seat us despite having a reservation. Hostess was very soft spoken and was not very friendly.
