   The food was good, but had a little pink in the middle. The restaurant is months away from obtaining their liquor license so you must BYOB and the main dishes are ONLY Katsu dishes. Obviously if Katsu is your preferred food then this is the place for you. But if you are looking for variety, then you’ll find yourself limited here.

   Overall it was a good experience. Wish they described how to take the iPad off the stand to order since the placement of it was a little hard to see the menu selection, especially the photo of the dish. Or wish they could ask if it’s first time there and describe what we should expect. Kind of got confused with the automatic delivery tray cart. Don’t know what was going on since the one that came to our table malfunctioned. It didn’t had any food and thought it was delivering it to our table. Food wise is very delicious. Meat was tender and I like the flakiness of the batter.

   Second time to this restaurant. Great venue and great service Overall really great but wished the pork cutlet could have been served a bit hotter.

   This restaurant is probably the best in town right now. They serve the best Katsu, and the vibe is really neat. I love the little robot that delivers the food too! The service was exceptional, and our food arrived right away. The portion sizes were perfect, allowing us to feel satisfied. Plus, my family of four was able to dine and leave in under an hour. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

   Katsu was great! The service was partially done with some robot attendants, and given the small space, the servers were constantly moving around them. Seemed more in the way than helpful. I wanted to try a bit of everything, but had to order sets instead of being able to order individual katsu aside from shrimps. Portion size is huge 😆

   Tonkatsu was crispy but tender. Rice (very important) was so good (from Japan), also. Soba noodle was good but the sauce was too sweet for my liking. Overall, this is my new favorite Tonkatsu eatery.

   Pork katsu did not seem made to order. Pork was not juicy and hot. Very disappointed.

   The robot ran into my husband while we were sitting down at our table. The staff assured us that they would reset it so that it wouldn’t happen again, but it does seem to be a safety hazard if no one else is supervising it. We had our infant with us in his car seat (propped up on a dining chair) and had the robot accidentally bumped into our baby, it could have knocked him off of the chair. The food itself was delicious and portion sizes were generous. The trays were a bit too large for our table and we were scrambling to always make space. Dinner service was pretty fast. Our reservation was for 6:15 and we were out by 7:30.

The issue occurred because the table was rotated 90 degrees to seat your party of five, which disrupted the robot’s usual path. Our layout was designed with the robot in mind, and under normal table placement, this doesn't happen. Still, we sincerely apologize. If safety is a concern, we understand and can cancel your 4/29 reservation—just let us know. Thank you again for your feedback.

   This would be my third time and this time the service was not good at all. There were 3 men servers and a couple females helping out. No one came by to refill our water canister or cups and we ordered extra rice but only received 1 but got charged for 2 even though they said they would remove the charge. No one came by to check to see how we were doing the entire time we were eating. On the bright side, the Soba was amazing. I guess that was the highlight of the nite.

    The hosts and servers were friendly, and the food was wonderful. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and our server was attentive. The food was absolutely delicious! We certainly plan to return.
