   I have been to Tom, Dick and Harry’s many times and had a lovely time however I was very disappointed with the service last night. We sat for half an hour before our order was taken. We ordered a bottle of wine and after 20 minutes 1 glass of wine was brought to the table. We explained we order a bottle and was told they didn’t have a bottle and was told to order a new one. We ordered a new bottle of wine and waited. After 10 minutes I went to the bar and explained we still didn’t have drinks and was told they are coming. A waiter eventually came to the table with four bottles of wine and explained this was all the wine they had and for us to pick one. We picked one and it was brought back to the bar. We could see it behind the bar with glasses and even when I asked for it waiters would say yes and not bring it over. Food was then brought to the table and I explained again that we still didn’t have drinks. The waiter asked what we ordered and I just showed him where it was in the bar at this point. Some of us had ordered fries as a side but they weren’t brought to the table. We asked for these and were told they were coming. After a further 5 minutes we asked again and was told they hadn’t been added to our order. Overall service was very slow and no one seemed to know what was going on or what they had in stock. No one came to our table unless asked and felt like we were being avoided. Staff were very inconsistent. The food was lovely however the service was disappointing. It felt everyone said yes to whatever we said but didn’t action anything.

   Excellent food. Would go back . Seemed short staff and service did seem affected as a result. Having said that would still go back for the food

   Great place to go for Sunday lunch, food and portion size just perfect. A very buzzy place, where all of the staff are friendly and offer a good service. I have also been here for a Birthday Celebration, couldn’t not have picked a better place. Staff couldn't do enough to make sure everything ran smoothly. The live singer made it such a great atmosphere Would most definitely recommend this resturant.

   As always the food was good and the service was excellent given the fact that there were 2 large parties in the restaurant that night. The singer was good and sang a good range of music for the audience.

   The fish and chips I had were truly exceptional, surpassing any other I have experienced in the United Kingdom.

   Couldn’t fault it! Food was delicious all 6 of us agreed . Service was excellent prompt and polite, staff went the extra mile for my daughter’s birthday despite it being very busy due to it being Mother’s Day .

   Late booking for Mother’s Day with my teenage son ( who paid ! ) Lovely starters scallops and the octopus . The. Two roast lamb with vegetables which neither of us could finish ! Lovely

    Great food as always!!! Live entertainment on a Friday night although glad we were at the back of restaurant away from the singer so we could chat
