Curated by Beverage Director Kevin Beary and Bar Manager Scott Kitsmiller, this series aims to transport guests to Japan's cocktail scene. Collaborating with renowned Japanese bars like Trench, Katana Kitten, SG Club, and Bar Goto, Three Dots and a Dash promises an immersive experience blending music, drinks, and atmosphere. The menu boasts cocktails utilizing Suntory spirits and rare Japanese whiskeys available for select pours, complemented by guided tastings led by Suntory's US brand ambassador, Davey Jones. Each menu draws inspiration from traditional Japanese techniques and flavors, creating a unique journey through Japan's bustling bar scene.

Sucha great time. The drinks we're amazing and it was so cool to have different mixologists visit chicago. I hope this happens again soon!

This one Tokyo bar a week pop up was meticulously decorated, with cocktails designed on another continent and brought to us to be enjoyed! Libations? Top notch! Service? The best! Layout? Fun and inviting. Ambiance exceptional. Shame this is only a pop up!

Found this while searching for a place to take my girlfriend and since we like 3 Dots, saw this on their webpage. Was actually really cool, and great drinks. Wish we had time to visit the other nights. 10/10
