   Beverley Nixon Jensen was with Tammy Anne Sirenev and Patricia Paddy Anne Sirenev at Toby Carvery (155 Bromley Common, London, United Kingdom). October 6 at 3:25 PM · London · A big thank you to Martin de Cunha of Toby's who called the paramedics for Tammy whose back went into a spasm. Martin was fantastic in the way that he handled this. He also added an extra touch by treating Tammy's daughter to a special bowl of ice-cream to distract her from what was going on. Very impressed with the NHS as well who were here in 30 minutes. Tammy Anne Sirenev is being treated in the ambulance in the car park. THIS WAS MY GUEST FROM SOUTH AFRICA ! I would like to THANK Martin de Cunha for his prompt attention to my daughter, as she was laid out on three chairs....he blocked the way to stop people staring and called an Ambulance. His attention and care was so much appreciated by all of us especially my daughter that was in incredible pain. As I was busy with my daughter I only managed to eat half of my dinner , but Martin took it upon himself to keep my Grand daughter of 3 busy with an icecream provided by him. What an incredible guy he is...we will be back again in a weeks time for my Birthday Celebration. AND Will be there when ever we have a Celebration or with friends for a Sunday Lunch.    Great restaurant and good food. Shame they had not received our booking from the App but fortunately they were not too busy.

   The food was excellent. My only disappointment is that you no longer serve cask conditioned beer. The beers that you do serve are far too cold for my enjoyment.

   good service - waitress (gill) was friendly food was hot and a good selection choices of beer could be improved despite being busy got served fairly quick

   Sorry I gave a bad score but this day it was very hot and the food at 2 oclock was very dry and over cooked. I came a few weeks before and it was excellent and have booked again for Sunday 2nd July so I know it can be very good. Looking forward to an excellent lunch.

    Amazing service and Friendly staff, my little boy absolutely loved it and chef and waitresses was also very polite. Defo will go again, thanks guys
