   For a place that generally does a great job, they failed today. Claimed they couldn't access open table reservations, and everyone appeared to have one at 11:45 from what we saw. 45 minutes later, 12:30, we were seated, by an open door, it was 90 degrees outside. I immediately requested they close the door. Out of plates, buffet was mostly depleted, but slowly being filled. We weren't informed it was a buffet, until we arrived. Appears as though they got as many people as they could there and managed fallout later. Not impressed this time.

   Worst 2018 Mother's day brunch! We've heard great things about this restaurant and thought with the spread outlined for this day we'd give it a shot. What a disappointment! Reservations were made for 1145 and were there shortly before this however the line was out the door. We checked in with the hostess and she took down our info. She said they were behind but we should be seated shortly. After 30 minutes, I checked in with the hostess and she couldn't find us on the list so we were re-added to the bottom of the list. I couldn't understand why we made reservations, waited for 30 minutes and now had to wait longer for a table. When I spoke with the manager we were told people were seating themselves and we would be next. We sat down and were greeted promptly by the waitress to take our drink order. In the meantime we proceeded to the buffet to find many empty trays of food and what was available was dry and over cooked. Several dishes were bland and the desert table was a disgrace! The sheet cakes were also dry and the presentation was unprofessional. At almost $30 per person I expected to have decent and also to find what was advertised. Our bill for 4 people was over $100 and we hardly ate 40 dollars worth of food. When I was asked about my meal I shared our discontent and the manager just said sorry and walked away. The only good thing was our waitress. She was so sweet. We would never recommend this place and would never go back!

   Made reservations for Mother's Day. It was a nightmare. There were people everywhere and it was chaos. I had to wedge thru about 20 people to check in and there was not a reservation list kept. Everyone went on a list. But there was more than one list and we waited for over an hour. Finally left. Was not going to chance the $27/ea buffet would not meet my expectations. I do not understand why this had to be so unorganized. Won't be back...

   Not recommended 4 Mother's Day. Rsvr ran 1+ hr behind. Walk-ins were seated. Overbooked. No organization. Noisy. Total kaos. Expensive. Not a good impression 4 1st time visit. There was no happy memorable moment.

   I understand that the wait was long, but the only option was a buffet on this Mother’s Day and I can assure you for two people it wasn’t worth $60. It was a steep price on a buffet that should’ve been at least $35-$40. Food wasn’t that great compared to a normal day at Toast. I wouldn’t recommend it on a busy holiday.

   Mother’s day was a disappointment. They way overbooked the space leaving people standing outside in the sun. 40 minutes past our reservation time we went and checked and the host went completely over our name. Ended up sitting at the bar listening to staff complain how busy they were. Buffet was way over priced for luke warm, over cooked scrambled eggs, bacon laying in 1/2” of grease in the chafing dish and some type of vegetable melody. Coffee was great though!

   Took my mom to a brunch for a mother’s day, showed up and probably a line of 20+ people waiting to be seated. A woman had reservations at 10:00, an HOUR prior to our arrival and still was not seated when we got there. A couple in front of me also had reservations & the hostess was telling people she’s not sure when we will all be seated, even with our reservations. They ended up leaving & so did my mother and I. Toast has always been great with customer service & food. I was extremely bummed that I couldn’t have a nice brunch with my mother. I’m not sure what happened, I don’t know If they under projected the amount of people or what, but if multiple families have RESERVATIONS, a table should be available come arrival.

   I made a reservation. When we arrived the hostess said it would be about a 15 min wait. We waited and saw the wait staff get the table ready for our party of 6 and for another party of 6. Yet neither of us was seated. We were the only customers waiting to be seated.Finally the other party was seated. I asked how much longer would it be and the hostess said 5 more minutes. We had already been waiting for ~30minutes and there were several tables available. We waited and there waa no effort made to seat us or explaination for what was going on. We left and went to another restuarant and were very pleased with the service there.

   Cleanliness horrible Service bad The waitress was very pushy and unprofessional. She pick up a dirty napkin from the floor and put it on our table next to our straws for our drinks . She was completely unaware of her infection control problem and thought it was OK to put a napkin on the table from the floor.

    The here breakfast may be good! What I can tell you as fact is the dinner was hideous! It was planned case list and causes great nausea throughout the remainder of my evening. Truly the high point of the evening was the salad. Not worth going to! Just stay away.
