   Probably our fault to expect Toast Mt Pleasant to resemble the ambience of downtown Toast (one of our perennial favorites). We were not pleasantly surprised at the loud profane road-house atmosphere- the food was fine, but hard for 70yo couple to really enjoy it. Didn’t resemble the Toast we’ve known.

   Double piano live on Friday night was delightful! They took requests, interacted easily with the patrons and made it a very fun atmosphere!

   Great fun and great food. Valentines Day special was enjoyed by everyone in our group. We also love the piano bar.

   Great location with plenty of free parking. Food is AWESOME. Very tasty and large portions at a ver reasonable price. Service OUTSTANDING, never had to look for server ,she was always checking on us.

   We went last Saturday night for dinner. The crab appetizer was good but my Salmon entree was disappointing. It was tasteless and over cooked. Overall the place is poorly managed. We all agree in that the place is best for late night appetizers and music. I would not recommend this place for dinner.

   This experience was interesting. Our server was probably in training or just a few days off training. She tried really hard but didn't have her timing yet. Some things like draft beers took a long time, others like hot food not so much. The dueling pianos is a nice touch. Seriously, this is a good place, we just caught our server in training. I would return here again.

   Toast is a fun place that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights at 7:30 PM their is dulling pianos with top notch singers and players, The fun goes on until 11:00 PM each of these nights. We had drinks and dinner on our visit, The wife enjoyed a bourbon-honey glazed pork chops served on mashed potatoes and a vegetable stir-fry. She loved it. I enjoyed s fried seafood plate with shrimp, oysters, scallops served with a vegetable stir-fry and a house salad on the side that was very good. Then we settled in and listened to very good live music until they closed. This location was The Fill before Toast opened late last year.
