Timber Steakhouse and Rotisserie located in Portland’s Old Port District is Maine’s premier steakhouse. Taste the difference that grass fed, locally sourced, 100% natural Black Angus affords. It isn’t just the steaks that get strict attention, however, because the chicken and seafood is all from Maine as well and much of the produce comes from local farms. The menu at Timber has some unique offerings including the smoked duck puffs which are puff pastry filled with smoked duck, blueberries, goat cheese, tarragon and mascarpone cheese served with a blueberry dipping sauce. Even the burger is special, made with ground dry aged N.Y. steak and teamed up with hand cut fries. Be sure to visit Timber during happy hour for specials on drinks and appetizers.
