About this restaurant

Timber Pizza Co. started in 2014 as a traveling kitchen serving wood-fired pizzas at flea markets, festivals and special events. In late 2015, the owners hired Chef Dani Moreira, who brought an Argentinian flair to the traditional menu. Today, Timber Pizza Co. is proud to serve its unique pizzas and dishes from its first brick-and-mortar location. Begin with a small plate of empanadas or blueberry chips with a butternut squash, pumpkin seed, sweet pepper and onion dip. Dine with friends and family and share some of the famous Timber Pizza Co. pies, like the green monster with pesto, fresh mozzarella, feta, zucchini and kale, the Bently with provolone, mozzarella, cured chorizo, sopressata, Peruvian sweet peppers and spicy honey or the classic cheese please with a provolone and mozzarella blend, fresh mozzarella and basil. The restaurant also offers a seasonal ice cream cone platter with homemade wood-fired cones for dessert.
