   Appalling!!!!! Had rubbish table even though we had booked. Chased them for a menu then finally ordered requesting garlic bread with our mains...received black garlic bread but no mains! Waited another 40 mins before asking where our mains were only to be told it wasn't going to be possible. While all this was going on, countless meals were being served to the back room. Thanks tiger tiger I guess we weren't important enough

   Absolutely disaster! Got there table was ready, then asked for menu's to be told no we couldn't have food, although they was advertising food, As we booked with open table & not the club itself. After complaining, they allowed us to have food, which was very nice, we all enjoyed. My friend went to the bar for conqtour they had put triple sec in the bottle so it's wasn't the real liquor. Which when complained they gave her a refund. We'd just ate our food, we was asked to leave the table as it was booked out for another party. With in the 2 hours we was there we'd roughly spent between us about £500. I asked for the manager, her Name was Nicola, I showed her the email, which it never stated I only had the table for a few hours, she blamed open table, not putting in they email. She wasn't sorry at all, club was quite she didn't offer us any other tables, absolutely ruined my birthday, that's what we was out for, made us so un welcome towards the end, because we complained. Also the was no draught pumps working they was charging over £5 for a bottle lager, which was half pint. Said the wasn't having them fixed either. The club is absolute joke! I would never return there again. Management is waste time, need to go on customer service course, how to run a business. I'm a Manager in retail, run quite a few stores, if I had treated any customer like this, I would be looking for a new job, so unprofessional, o hope you take my comments on board.    We were turned away on arrival as they were fully booked! Not happy when we’d walked a long way to get there.

   Sadly the booking was not honoured as they left a message to say that they could accommodate us after all! I phoned several times to try and sort this out but no one got back to me to confirm. As they cancelled late we were unable to find another restaurant who could accommodate us so we had to cancel our plans.

   Person at the door said they did not have our booking and said they did not like working with Opentable. Took more than an hour and a half for our burgers to arrive.

   WOW! As bad as it gets, party of six of us and the main comments provided by the group. Disgusting, awful, shameful, will never eat here again, lets just leave, I've had enough of waiting. So we arrived at 1.30pm and order taken in the first ten minutes. After 50 minutes of waiting and no starter we complained, told very few people in the kitchen which would explain no food coming out. They said we could have 50% off the bill which we accepted. Another 40 minutes went by and we got some of our main courses, then 10 minutes later the starters. The fish & Chips advertised was had by two of the group, it was Findus Fish, all grey and horrible (sent it back and taken off the bill), the Nachos was just some corn chips with a little bit of cheese on top, awful. It was so bad and I will never step foot in a Tiger Tiger again.

   Probably the worst meal I’ve had. And the worst cocktail, served in plastic glass, full of ice and completely watered down mojito. Would not go back

   Food was disgusting!! Was not told on arrival we had to leave our table @ 5 as it was booked out to someone else 😡 Cocktails and bar staff was lovely 🍸🍸😊

   Turned up with my 17 yr old son only to be asked if he had id. I said no as we are only booked for a meal. The doorman called the manager over & he asked if i’d already booked to which I said yes. He quite begrudgingly showed us to a table & said that “we’d have to leave as soon as we finished the meal”. Their policy on opentable clearly states that u18’s have to be gone by 7:30pm - our table was booked at 4:15pm! The food was poor but fortunately opentable provided me with a voucher for 50% discount. Even with that it was still too much! Didn’t feel valued as a customer as they couldn’t wait to get rid of us. First and last time I will visit there. Very poor.

    Food and drink was lovely. Service wasn't that great, even though it wasn't busy in there, the service was very slow. my main issue, is that even though I booked a table through open table for this occasion, they could not find my booking anywhere - it was not recorded at all. Luckily it wasn't busy or they wouldn't of been able to give us a table. Communication errors?
