   Excellent pork belly, cooked just right Slightly crispy with an apple sauce chutney The Lobster tagliatelle was outstanding to My wife's black cod was cooked to perfection , while the service was a bit shaky, but people have to learn b and start somewhere

   Great evening with superb hospitality and service. Attentive and accommodating in the perfect way. Food was spot on and a special birthday treat and card were a fine touch. Cocktails were well done and worth it.

   Fish was perfectly prepared, very succulent and made me want to go back for more Don't forget to leave room for the carrot cake. You won't regret it

   This was our second dining reservation at Tides. Our first reservation was close to a year after opening. Between a year ago and now, the restaurant continues to be very enjoyable and offers a well-designed menu. Service has not changed. Still attentive and not overbearing. The menu is a bit pricey; however, the quality, preparation and presentation are worthy of the costs. Tides has a pet friendly patio, which is pleasantly appointed and arranged. Please don’t change this policy! We look forward to summer dining at Tides with our puppy.

   Food was really good & service was excellent !! Highly recommend going here . It has great options from seafood to steak !! We celebrated my husbands bday here.

   Service is outstanding, warm, professional and attentive. Food is delicious, special mention to the risotto and the desserts. Sea food is uber fresh and skillfully enhanced without covering its “natural” taste. I give it “only” four stars overall due to the noise level. For me it is a bit too loud for this kind of place. Even with that, this is a very nice spot, one of our favs in the area.

   An excellent dining experience, the service was outstanding, the presentation of the food was great, the food was very good and everything was very nice.

   I found Tides after spending hours online perusing seafood restaurant review sites and checking menus, and I'm so glad I did. Tides has, without doubt, one of the most comprehensive seafood selections in the greater East Bay area. Five of the six in our group ordered fish -- all different -- and everyone was very satisfied. I chose the halibut w the sauce on the side; it was expertly cooked and delightfully presented. This restaurant is definitely worth repeating visits.
