Local people from tibet and nepal get their meat, milk, butter and cheese from yak as well as using yaks for transportation making yak a very intricate part of their everyday life. There is a lot of love about yak meat. Although it is low in fat it is mild, succulent, and tender rather than gamy in flavor. Yaks are free-range living in himalayan countries where they inhibit stepped of 1500 ft. Recently yak has begun to attract health conscious people and those who have tried the meat cannot get enough of it.

Came here for their lunch buffet. We liked it so much we invited friends for dinner. Very good Samosa, Yak Momo and Chicken Tikka Marsala. The most pleasant surprise was how tender and juicy the Tandoori Chicken was. Very good service.

Excellent momos and samosas. Have eaten here many times.....where else can you find Yak?? Perfectly seasoned every time. Nice atmosphere and in a great quiet location. Friends always love to eat here - so do my wife and I. Enjoy!

Excellent Tibetan food and well worth the price. Yak Momo and Veggie Momo is great. There are the typical Indian like dishes and the special Tibetan / Nepalese dishes. Service is pretty good and we went with a party of 9 for a family reunion. Eat here regularly, food is always great - at a great price. Definitely recommend it.

We took a large family party on a Monday night. They accommodated us quickly. The service was a little slow, but they are a family operation with a small family. The waiter was very helpful once he had time to take our order. The food was excellent and was shared by all.

We arrived on time on Valentine's weekend. I made a reservation because the restaurant is small and...well, it was a holiday weekend! No host at all. There was a line out the door and ask tables were filled. Spoke to the owner, who was acting as waiter and host, but he had no record of it reservation. Not only that, he was rude to my wife! I waited for ten minutes and two "just give me a minute" statements before my wife and I finally left. The good smelled and looked good. Maybe that's why it was packed. But if you can't keep up with a simple reservation, then don't offer the service. This restaurant shouldn't be on Open Table.

Food is quite tasty. The spicy vindaloo wasn’t THAT spicy. Very much like Indian food, so we ordered as many things as we couldn’t recognize as we could. The Yak is quite good.
