When we arrived the doors were locked. A sign said closed for renovations. Opening TBD.

Communication was lacking with the wait staff. Asked for our dinner selection before asking if we would like a drink. Appetizer was burnt on the edges. Ordered a side of fries; dinner plate came stacked with a ton of fries. Crab cakes were lost in the presentation. Crab cakes tasted delicious. Corn salsa was excellent.

The service was excellent. FRABRIZIO was terrific. The menu is good however the flavorings and presentation needs improvement.

Food was good. Service was marginal and hostess was awful. Acted as if they were doing us a favor. When we go out to eat, especially at a not inexpensive restaurant, the expectations are for both the food and service to be better than mediocre.

Waited 40 minutes to get our salad.after 2 hours we still did not get our entree. They also ran out of bread. We left and never had our dinner. Terrible service.

We waited for our food for two hours. When it finally did arrive, one entree for someone in my party never got theirs until we were all finished eating. My husband ordered scallops that were supposed to come with mashed potatoes. Instead soneone decided to sit them on pickles. It was not edible. Pickles and scallops are not a good combo. I was very disappointed.
