This spring, SingleThread is thrilled to introduce ThroughLine, in collaboration with the Visa Dining Collection by OpenTable x Visa, offering an unparalleled cinematic dining experience through a seasonal residency series. Along with partners Miele and Audi, this intimate, 14-seat, 12-course Omakase-inspired journey is paired with an eight-part film series by Emmy-nominated Director Justin Taylor Smith, immersing guests in the stories of the farms, fisheries, and artisans that sustain us.

With experiences hosted in New York and Park City, Utah in 2025, ThroughLine builds upon SingleThread’s ethos, offering an exploration of the stories behind the ingredients and artisanal practices that inspire each dish. Reservations are available for U.S. and Mexico Visa Infinite®, and Canada Visa Infinite Privilege® cardholders through the OpenTable x Visa Dining Collection.

This spring our next stop takes place at WSA, a cultural hub in Lower Manhattan. Chef Kyle and Head Farmer Katina Connaughton invite you to an intimate, 14-seat Omakase-inspired dining event featuring a 12-course menu paired with an eight-part film series by Emmy-nominated Director Justin Taylor Smith. Experience a sensory-driven experience bridging culinary and cinematic arts. Together with Audi, SingleThread is thrilled to offer exclusive private transportation in the new Audi Q6 e-tron for select guests in Manhattan and limited service to select locations in Brooklyn.     A 10 star dining experience that confounds the senses and is in a class all its own! Every detail, a thoughtful, incredibly curated work of art that simply elevates what well sourced, farm grown, inventively prepared can be with genius creativity and elegant passion! Memorable!!!

    A spectacular triumph for this very famous Sonoma restaurant. Splendid service is the base on which they built an amazing and varied menu and accompanying superb drinks. The pop up in lower Manhattan had small group (15) seating around a wooden Sushi counter. To add to the sensory experience, an 8 part video production was presented outlining Chef’s philosophy and highlighting the garden contributions of his partner. Everyone involved in the cooking and serving was super friendly and enthusiastic. Looking forward to visiting their home base soon. Highly recommended.

    Fantastic experience - would 10000% recommend. Very personalized service, get to have chats with the chef, sous, farmer, somm in a relaxed evening was fantastic. The documentary videos are shot in very high quality and really does so much more than any tabletop/menu/server description. Every single dish hit. Every non-alcoholic pairing was well thought-through. We have been to a few great restaurants and love watching food documentaries - this experience exquisitely combines both for an exciting, educational, nourishing night out. Cannot recommend it highly enough!!

    WOW! One of the best foodie experiences of our lives. We knew when 3 star Michelin restaurant Single Thread (1 of only 14 in the US) from Healdsburg, CA. was coming to NYC for a "pop up" it would be a special experience...but we had no idea just how special it would be! Incredible! The "Cinematic Dining Experience" delivered in ways no ordinary dinner could. The 27 different bites/dishes were divided up into 8 parts, before each section we saw a 5 minute long movie about the farmers, fisheries, ranchers and artisans that provided the ingredients & dinnerware for that part of the meal. So you got to know and see who provided the ingredients of your meal. Then Single Thread owner/chef, Kyle Connaughton, along with his talented team and amazing wife Katina Connaughton, cooked them in front of you (Omakase Style) into a Michelin quality feast, paired with 9 amazing wines. WOW! Once in a lifetime food, wine and cinematic experience. Thank you Kyle & Katina for creating this one-of-a-kind event! We will never forget it!

    Absolutely unique dining experience with great food and a lot of fun. Really inventive dishes and a great experience to learn about where the food comes from and how it is sustainably produced. Hearing the background from the chefs is also great and the omakase style counter layout adds another layer of the experience to see the food prepared.

    Excellent food, elevated by the videos that were shared. Intimate dining experience with the opportunity to speak with the chef, his wife, and the staff. Overall, a very memorable evening.
