Three Birds is a Chef owned and operated restaurant located in Corning's Gaffer District on historic Market Street. We are just blocks away from the world renowned Corning Museum of Glass and just around the corner from The Rockwell Museum.

Average service. Meatball app was cold. Never saw a wine or beverage list. Not all of our party were seated with menus because they needed to be cleaned which we were appreciative of. We had five people at our table. Plates came out three then a few minutes later two. Not ideal

Excellent service in a beautiful restaurant. We both had salads and the trout. Delicious, large portions and great presentation. Highly recommended.
