   Took a party of 6 there on a Saturday, the pub was very lively and we were taken straight away to the dining area which was quieter although every table was taken. The menu was very varied, the service was excellent. We were not rushed at all which can sometimes happen on a busy night. A number of the party had the pork belly which was outstanding. With plenty of wine it worked out at £35 per head which was good value.

   We had the beef Sunday roast, unfortunately the meat was really not nice, quite under with a lot of fat. Otis a shame as the vegetables, Yorkshire pudding and gravy tasted lovely. Would not have the beef again. Good pub but maybe better for drinks.

   Eat in the pub or in a quieter area at ha back in the old coach house. Food was very good, I recommend the scotch egg, the selection of beer is huge and though limited in selection the wine was excellent.

   Excellent Scotch Egg. The mains were good - simple English pub mains done really well. The fish for the Fish and Chips was perfect. The wine list is quite large, so be prepared to be a bit confused. Huge beer selection. The pub itself was packed, but the room out the back for dinner was quiet and comfortable. It's a great place for a casual meal or a few drinks.

   Really enjoyable Sunday lunch, roast beef was top draw and arrived nice and quickly. Overall good atmosphere and a great venue for a traditional Sunday. Recommended.

   Really let down by unthinking staff, friendly enough but when you have just had your main course plates taken away, surely the next step is to offer dessert menus or the bill, not to just ignore customers, I would hesitate to return unless I had two hours for lunch time.

   Handy meeting place for a catch-up pre-match lunch with friends. Good lunch, well served by friendly staff and very good beer too.

    The stunning setting overlooking the weir on the river thames in marlow is unrivalled so any new establishment opening has an immediate wow factor .being in the complete angler hotel also gives the place a touch of real class .dont expect Indian food as we know it .its totally different using amazing Indian flavouring instead .the tasting menue with the wine pairings is the way to go here the whole experience was fantastic and if I wanted to be ultra critical it would be they were slow with our pre dinner drinks which came after our wine arrived .also they allowed a couple in with a small child who started playing up but in fairness one of the parents took the child away straight away .i presume they were staying in the hotel . Will defiantly go back especially in daylight
