   We were 8 people, it was cold, there was almost nobody in the bar, we asked to move (about 2 feet) the table of 8 under a heater but it was not acceptable for the service people. We canceled, went to the thaï restaurant in Niagara on the lake, which went out of their way to fix us a table of 8 by reassignig a table of 4 elsewhere, and served us excellent food. Thanks Niagara’s finest thai!!!

   We had a great time at The Whiskey Bar. The good and service were outstanding and staff very knowledgeable helping us with our drink and food selection. Everything they recommended was awesome! Highly recommend!

   This is was a great place to go for lunch with friends. Really lovely space, the weather was great, the food was delicious and so were the drinks. If I had to fish for criticisms, the only 2 were that the music was a a tiny bit too loud in our area (but when I went to use the washrooms, the music wasn’t so loud in other spots, so it just so happened we were sitting near the speakers, so c’est la vie!), and the other was that the side of fries that came with my burger was far too generous and I felt awful having to basically leave a full servings of perfectly good fries just because it was so massive! So, these weren’t huge things at all and it certainly didn’t detract from my overall opinion and experience. I would definitely go again (and just ask for the side of salad instead! 😉)

   The food was decent. The onion rings were cold and in my opinion, the food was expensive. The service was a bit lacking. Nothing special about this eatery.

   Food is terrible. Frozen burgers. Ordered shareables and mains and expected shareable to come out as apps but all came together. Ordered a beer and received a can, no glass so asked for one. When the bill came I was told how much the bill was and not handed the bill as Normal. The whole experience was woeful. It was great a couple of years back, food and drink was excellent. Terrible now.

   Very poor greeting, bad service ... server was rude ... everything took way too long to be served.

   Excellent service and we loved sitting on the outdoor patio beside the pond. Food was good, specialty whiskey cocktail was delicious!

    Food was ok. Patio was nice. Service was mediocre - we had to go and find our own cutlery and never got condiments. Planned to stay for a drink and dessert but left for another winery after being left with dirty plates for over 10 minutes.
