   Having just moved to the area, this was the perfect introduction to Syracuse restaurants. Everything was fabulous, from the food and service to even the mismatched cute plate and glassware. We immediately made another reservation for next week upon leaving. The cocktails are as delicious as the food. We can’t wait to be back!

   The eclectic “hand me down” vibe, when you walk in the door, quickly Gives way to welcoming staff and a modern riff on cheese infused or inspired offerings. From an outstanding Martini that has an Umami blue cheese funk to the Chili infused Tequila Mezcal cocktail, the bar menu offers a lovely direction for all, even NA drinkers. Must have the galette w its flaky pastry and perfect use of cheeses and spring vegetables. The wedge salad hits it out of the park w the best blue cheese dressing I ever had. The gnocchi was light and beautifully prepared w a nice pesto and everyone loved the Tortellini en brodo. Save room for dessert as the Black tea cake was an amazing and the cheese plate w Herb D’provence shortbread was incredible. Great night can’t wait to return.

   The Wedge was lovely from the communal table, delicious cheese inspired dishes and drinks. You would have never known it was opening week because the service was flawless as well.

   Friendly, inviting atmosphere, like going to a dinner party at your best friend's house. I don't drink and really appreciated the fact that they had some very creative mocktails on the menu. The French onion soup was just what you need on a cold evening. The homemade broth was rich and complex, and the delicious melted cheese topping was the perfect complement.

   My boyfriend and I attended The Wedge’s opening night and it was absolutely phenomenal. The service and food were amazing. Flavor and color profiles were out of this world. It’s about time Eastwood has its own fine dining restaurant. I can’t wait to go back!

   The food, drinks and service were excellent! The Tortelloni and Roast Chicken were so good! We will be back soon. The Wedge is a great addition to our Eastwood neighborhood.

   homemade pastas and dough...beautifully rendered cheese centric dishes...well crafted cocktails, and a great selection of wines. This is a great dining and drinking experience, at a remarkable value.

    What a treat!!!! Interesting menu and drink options including NA. Service was super, very attentive and helpful with suggestions. Vibe was super energetic. Can’t wait to go back!
