   Very happy we found this place. Food was fantastic and the staff was very attentive. Great out of the way place.

   We went out with 2 other couples for dinner before heading to an event. The restaurant was not crowded at all. It took more than half hour for our salads to come. We mentioned that we were in a bit of a rush, so could they please try to bring the main course quickly. We waited another half hour for our main course. When it came, only 5/6 entrees arrived. It took another 10 minutes for the 6th entree to arrive. The food was good, but we had to eat so quickly that the taste became irrelevant. They did comp the 6th entree, which was appropriate under the circumstances. We were disappointed because while we had never eaten here before, we live close by and we had hoped to have another place to go. Unfortunately, we will likely not return after this experience.

   Visit #1 (spring 2019): My first visit here was great. The waitress was very attentive and the food was great. No complaints. Visit #2 (Fall 2019): My girlfriend and I decided to come again. We had a horrific experience. We were stuck with one of the worst waitresses I have ever met. Her name is Michelle. She rarely checked in on our table despite being only one of 8 people in the dining area. She spent most of her night "working the room" as she described it. This was basically her attempt to flirt with a table of 50 something men. She reeked of alcohol and slurred her words at times. There were a few crumbs on our table that we barely noticed. But Michelle did apparently. So she proceeded to blame the mistake on a young lady who was bussing tables. She called her an "idiot" in front of my girlfriend and I then scolded the young lady in front of the entire dining room. At the end of the meal we asked for a check and presented a gift certificate. Michelle took this as an opportunity to remind us, to our faces, that we "are required to tip on the full amount." Visit #3 (Jan 2020): We decided to give the place one more try, praying that Michelle would not be working. Sadly she was, but we decided to give it a try anyway. Instead of a greeting, Michelle ran up to our table and told us that she would barely be able to wait on us because she had too many tables. Here we go again I thought! We rushed through the menu and gave her our orders hoping that we would see it come out in a timely manner. The food came out late--- about 40 mins later for a pasta and meat dish. Michelle missed our salads. No big deal. But instead of admitting it up front, Michelle stated 3 times that she brought them. Eventually she relented and admitted the mistake.    Excellent holiday experience! Had a lovely table at the picture window. Service was outstanding, as was the cocktail - great bartender!!). Buffets for appetizers and desserts, with entree ordered from menu. Superb value too!

   There were only three table occupied, and yet it was a three hour adventure. I am one who never likes to be rushed, and want to "dine", not "eat", but this was over the top. No idea why. Food was good, but I'll not go back.

   Our meals were fantastic! I had the chicken parm with their fabulous sausage bolognaese sauce, and my wife had the salmon. Both portions were huge, leaving plenty to bring home for a second meal. Service was just a bit slower than we would have liked, but there was a large party going on and the wait was understandable and well worth a minor wait!

    I liked my barbecued salmon but my husband and my cousin hated their meals. My husband said he's never had chicken piccata with a cream sauce and my cousin said what was supposed to be prosciutto on her chicken dish was more like burned bacon and she didn't eat much of it since it didn't taste "right". During our cappuccinos I noted a bug crawling on the wall but didn't say anything in order to leave peacefully since my companions were already in bad moods. Perhaps these comments are unfair to the establishment, since our server was lovely, but it is what it is and we will not be going back.
