Nestled on the shores of Jasper’s Maligne Lake, The View offers patio dining with breathtaking lakeside and mountain views. We pair the spirit of this famous lake with a menu of refreshing dishes and tasty shareables, plus craft beers, cocktails, wine and other delicious drink choices.

    Absolutely stunning location. Menu is limited, but the food is good. We had a boat tour scheduled afterwards which was perfect.

    The decked terrace is divided in halves for 'restaraunt' and 'self-serve cafe' diners. We were glad to have booked the restaurant which offered more space, shade and relaxation than the Cafe side. Food was lovely if a little slow arriving (actually that just gave us more time to soak in the stunning location). LOVE that this terrace does not have loud music to destroy the natural and laid back atmosphere. We were not hurried away from our table and sipped our drinks long after lunch was cleared away - rare to find in Canada.

    Food is terrible. Fries were dry. Beef of the me burger is also dry. I would never come again

    First visit and as expected it was great. Rain came down however it did not take away from the good food and ambiance. Service was great and servers very pleasant

    Open table gave us an invalid reservation time. Probably better to call and make reservation with there phone line.

    It’s a casual meal for my family. I like how their reservations are very flexible. We came an hour early and we were accommodated. The service is great.
