   This restaurant is closed on Mondays. The Vault had stenciled on its window showing its days and hours of operation. Monday showed open. Opening Table/Vault took my reservation. I walked up 5 minutes before my reservation, and no lights were on. I pulled on the handle; it was locked. A cleaning person opened the door and said they were closed, and they've been closed on Mondays for a while. The person said they told management the sign should come down and whatever reservation systems they have online should not take all reservations. They said it happens on Mondays at least two or three times a day. I hope this was helpful.

   Our evening was wonderful. Our server, Eric was extremely attentive, without being too overbearing. His suggestions for dinner were spot on, our drinks were refreshed and replaced almost without having to ask (just as water was low, here he comes with a new glass!) We had the special salmon salad with house made feta dressing. And instead of breaded shrimp entree, they were able to do grilled shrimp with yummy baked mini potatoes. Every time we have been there, it has been consistent and reliable. Looking forward to our next visit.

   We had a delightful dinner at the Vault. Our waiter was charming and well educated on the menu. I ordered two apps for dinner. I ordered the tenderloin drenched is a wonderful sauce with blue cheese crumbles. The tenderloin melted in my mouth. Delicious! I also ordered the HUGE pretzel. I have to say this pretzel was bigger than my head. It was crunchy on the outside with ooey gooey goodness on the inside. I highly recommend the Vault!

   We chose the Vault for a pre symphony dinner based on our prior experience and we were not disappointed. We were seated promptly and our server London was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We explained that we were going to the Symphony and she expedited our order but we were not rushed. My wife’s salmon and my bluegill fillets were perfectly cooked. We are sure to return.
