The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier Bourbon is a unique entertainment space featuring American cuisine centered around a wood-fired grill, innovative craft cocktails, and bourbon education.

This 16,000 sq. ft restaurant bar and event space is influenced by the Horse Soldier Bourbon team’s historic background and favorite destinations including Kentucky, Montana, Wyoming, Canada, Scotland, and more.

The leather sofas, wood-burning fireplaces, copper stills, and vast bourbon “library” will transport you.

Dress Code:
The official dress code for The Urban Stillhouse is “smart casual”. Gym clothes, beach attire including flip flops, clothing with holes, non-dressy tank tops and ball caps are not appropriate for the elevated experience our patrons have come to expect from us.

The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier is versatile; designed with creativity and customization in mind. We want your event or special day to be perfect. Our 16,000 square-foot facility features three private dining rooms, an outdoor patio, three bars, a large upstairs space, “the library”, as well as the main dining floor. Book the building as a whole or design your event a-la-carte utilizing one or some of the various space options. Our state-of-the-art kitchen can accommodate any catering size and cuisine, as well, our full-service bars allow for creative mixology specific to your event. Most importantly, our professional event team cares about your group’s experience as much as you do and will strive for perfection.

Our Easter brunch was phenomenal! We had a 3:30 reservation, which was one of the last seatings for the brunch. I was afraid we may have limited selections due to the later time, however we had ample delicious food! Not only that, they kept making food and bringing it out for us, even when we were the last family there. Taylor was our server and she was so kind, attentive, fun and made our entire meal seamless and so enjoyable! We had a truly wonderful and delicious meal, the lamb was delicious, and I can’t wait to go back again!

The husband and I went for Easter brunch. They had one of the best buffets I have ever had: Lamb chops, oysters, succulent shrimp, and much more. The food was delicious. We sat at the bar upstairs. The bartender was phenomenal (I hate I can't recall his name). He had a great personality; the music and overall vibe was everything. The only hiccup was when a female manager came up and asked the two women next to us how everything was, and then proceeded to ask the dad and daughter on our opposite side and totally neglected us. It was very obvious to us; nonetheless, we did not let her ignorance or lack of respect ruin the day. We will certainly be back

It's always an amazing experience. I rarely goloop out to eat anywhere else. Food, service, atmosphere and friendly staff are all 5 stars.

Easter Buffet was very poorly run. Only one side of the buffet was used, and the ham was a small portion and cold. One lamb chop offered with no chance to go back for a second. LONG line which wound around among the tables where we were trying to eat. There was no way to go back for more food or to get dessert. Restaurant is so dark that it is dangerous. There was no light in the women's handicap stall. I had to use another because I could not find the toilet in the dark. The staff was very nice, but the meal was not worth $79 per person and they added a tip of 20% automatically.

Love the atmosphere and service was great .. we did have to wait 45 min for our table but mgr Gave us apps .. branzino was delish ..
