   We had a great time in the lounge. Our server Queenie is such a bubbly person. The food was good. Looking forward to coming back.

   Their Afternoon Tea spread is usually quite nice here. It's become one of our favorite afternoon tea spots. Service is hit or miss, truthfully. This particular visit was an example of less sparkling service. But we have also definitely experienced it as its best.

   Arrived for the reservation, they had our reservation but didn't have our table. After waiting 20 min we finally got a table. We were ignored for 30 min even after being seated, then finally a server came apologizing for the lack of service and offered us a free drink. We really appreciated that she acknowledged it and that we were compensated for the lack of service and long wait. However, we wanted to order another drink but that was the only visit we got our entire 1.5 hr stay there.

   The staff was friendly. The food was great! The ambiance was cozy. Highly recommended to friends. Definitely will come back again.

   For the class of the hotel, I expected better. The service was slow and the server didn't seem to know what she was doing.

   Our server Catherine was amazing. Super friendly and full of food knowledge. The hostess made sure we were comfortable and even brought us more pillows.

    abyssmal! did not live up to trump name brand. food was below average. sou vide steak worse ive ever had. portions were small. everything mechanical, including the dessert.
