   We had a reservation for lunch. We had to wait 10 minutes before anyone came out from the back. There was only one other person inside (could have been a manager as they had a laptop open and this isn’t the type of restaurant you can work at. The windows (garage door) were open and it was extremely muggy and hot inside. The guy who sat us down was indifferent and unwelcoming. We ordered both ordered Cesar salads with rotisserie chicken and to our surprise we received Cesar salads with pieces of chicken on it. My colleague had been here before and said that when he ordered it before the rotisserie hi Ken had been shredded on top of the salad. We were surprised. The salads were nothing special and the chicken was bland. We had to get the attention of our waitress ru get the check and she seemed confused. I was really wanting to like it but will not be back. Don’t waste your time or money.

   My group enjoyed their experience at The Traditions. Service was a little slow for the low volume. Group liked the food and enjoyed sitting out on the patio.

   One server for multiple tables ( although i think only about 5 total the whole time we were there) made service super slow. He did his best, but they needed more staff, especially when one of the other tables was a larger party. There was no host (we saw 2 couples come in, were ignored as they were waiting, with the one waitstaff who had his back to door so they left) and a manager who was nowhere to be found over the hour + we were there except twice when it seemed she was needed to fix a ticket and came over for half a second to the computer kiosk to do that and leave. No desire or effort to support her staff aside from that and seemed to be hanging out at the bar. Never came to ask how we were doing or enjoying the food. Pacing was way off. We ordered a salad appetizer which came out 30 seconds before the rest of the food. Food was just soso, not bad, but nothing special, steak was low quality for the $40 plate, but a pasta dish was decent. We were looking forward to a nice night out before catching a show and it was lackluster and unimpressive.. makes me sad as I like to support new/local places but not sure how this place will make it. Assuming it benefits greatly by locale next to the theatres and downtown, but otherwise ?

   Made reservations, but no table was available. Due to the disorganization service, our meal took two and a half hours. A lot of better options are available near by.

   Food was great. Portions were smaller than expected. Served was wearing too much cologne as one of our party has a scent sensitivity. He was attentive and friendly though.

   We loved The Tradition! It was such a nice breakfast after our stay at Hyatt Centric! Highly recommend the Brisket Omelette and the Overnight Oats!

    Enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was fantastic. Everything tasted like a lot of preparation went into it. Staff was friendly and the music created a warm and friendly environment.
