   Lovely food we had a roast, very pricey at £16.50 each and no Yorkshire with the pork. But it was a stunning meal. Strawberries & cream were ok, small strawberries & not very flavoursome.

   Menu was rather limited. Meal slightly too salty but will return.

   Celebrating daughter's 30th birthday with her husband and our son. Really friendly easy atmosphere with attentive staff who were very obliging. Food and wine reallygood. Portion sizes generous. Good to see so many early evening locals in with their dogs!

   Lovely food, wonderful views from the garden and a nice playground for children. Like that they offer half portions off the main menu for kids. Will definitely return.

   We had a marvellous Sunday lunch at the Three Horse Shoes to celebrate my husband's birthday. All the family joined us in dribs and drabs but the pub accommodated us beautifully. The service was outstanding and the food extremely good. Everyone enjoyed the occasion. For many of them it was their first visit but I'm sure it will now be frequented by them in the future.

   Love this pub, a great local with great atmosphere and food. We have been going a while and there are few places in the area that compare. Highly recommended. Note, you must book, don't turn up and hope!

   The food we ordered was ok, although not overly impressive. My husband and I both had fish and chips which was nice, the portion size for me was good but my husband felt it was a bit on the small side. I would also have preferred traditional chips rather than French fries. My mother had the fish pie and said that it could have done with more fish and the potato topping was watery and not very pleasant. The deserts were very nice but the rice pudding was disappointingly small. The main thing was that it was that it was incredibly cold despite the open fire at the other end of the pub. Overall we didn't think that it was terribly good value for money and probably won't take the trouble to return.

   Always love going to the Three Horseshoes as a family. The food is the best in the area. Love it.

    There was six of us eating out for mothering sunday and the table we were put onto was brilliant and we all had loads of space and felt really comfortable. The menu had a wide variaty of choice, whether it's Starters, Mains or Sweets. The food was exceptional and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant to anyone. The service from the staff was professional and more to the point very friendly and welcoming. The pub is a great place for a bit to eat and a walk afterwards. There is no doubt we will return to this restaurant as the experience was excellent
