Impressive service and warm and friendly staff. We had noted that we were celebrating a birthday and they had a special sign and card waiting and brought a delicious slice of cake. It is these special touches which keep bringing people back. Thank you. The menu was varied and the food was good. One of the best espresso martini’s I’ve had! We will be back on our next visit to Bethlehem!

The hotel is always a nice place to visit but the food quality and prep has significantly gone down hill. Not to mention the cost is out of control and the drinks are way overpriced as well. I had the filet mignon for dinner and the plate came out cold and the presentation was sad. prior to the entree we had a cheese plate in which 2 of the 3 selections of cheese were hard as a rock and almost impossible to cut through. I don't like sending food back because it is a little embarrassing and once I do that my appetite is diminished. Anymore, the Tap Room is good for a drink, although expensive, and maybe a burger.

You feel very special being in this hotel and the Tap Room. Don't miss the chance to feel the vibe from hotel life long ago. Staff was friendly and efficient, food was very good. This Historic hotel is a treasure not to be missed and located in the very best part of town.
