   Our third time here, and it never fails to impress. Lovely staff and the menu provide plenty of choices. Food was very nice, we shall be returning again soon.

   This is the third time I've been here this year, and the last two times have been pretty bad. When you order something with mash and gravy, you would expect naturally for it to be served with some sort of veg. Nothing. Yet fish and chips comes with peas, so why not other meals? The fish was rubbery according to my friend, the peas looked pretty dehydrated. Music a little too loud when there weren't that many people there. We won't going back again.

   We decided to go to their vegan night after seeing it on Facebook. We ordered our starters and were told they would be 20 mins. We said that's fine and ordered some olives to keep us going. Olives never appeared so asked for them when our starters arrived. Food was ok but nothing special. Our main courses then arrived. Which consisted of a mushroom and leek Wellington with hardly any filling and lumpy mash potatoe!! Not just the odd lump but big chunks of potatoe! Our plates were cleared away and no one ever came to ask if we'd like dessert or if we'd like to pay. I eventually went to the bar to order where i was told out of the 4 options they had ran out of two. The only other people in the restaurant left half way through their mains due to cold food and poor service so who knows who they sold the desserts to!! It's a really nice pub and I think they should stick with that. The chef obviously doesn't care what they produce and the service is diabolical. If they put as much effort into their restaurant as they do on social media they may be on to a winner! Unfortunately your order is taken then your forgotten! Make the restaurant into a bar seating area and stick with what you know and do a half decent job at. Will never return for food.

   Came to Maidstone and looked up places with a vegan option, very glad to find this place as the food was delicious and it was a great price too, will definitely be coming back soon.

   Lovely food and I take my hat off to the only 2 members of staff that where working that day, they did exstemley well with just 2 of them in the baking heat, need more staff on the poor guys, would recommend to friends and family as we love the food and staff are always friendly

    Me and my partner went along to sample the Vegan Menu. The dishes were hearty and in terms of quantity were certainly value for money. If I am being honest it wasn’t the most flavourful food but for a hungry Vegan like me the portions and great tasting sides made up for that. The pub itself was relaxed and quiet and the bartender/waiter made sure we felt comfortable throughout. Would recommend.
